  • Afternoon All

    Welcome Newbies

    Its sooo encouraging to hear that everyone else is struggling, its great to know its not just you.

    I've had a few on/off days. Had a Pizza for lunch yesterday but I didn't have any tea as I wasn't hungry do I think that evened that out. Have been very focused on my points today and I hoping to save 3.5 pts today and going to the gym tomorrow to try and make up for my mishaps.
    I haven't been to the gym much this week either as I haven't felt like it, I think i'm fighting the start of a cold which might explain the tiredness.

    Still hoping to lose on sunday but you never know.

  • so, i've worked out thats it's 40 weeks on Saturday til my wedding so if i lose 1lb a week i can lose nearly 3 stone. that isn't an impossibility! I can do this!
    i'm on holiday from work this week and normally walk 2 miles to work and back so today i've been on a 2.5 mile walk so that i dont miss out.
    Have been good today- porridge for breakfast and crumpet pizza for lunch (which were rather lush) risotto for tea tonight so am on track!!

    Hi everyone

    Another good day here and managing to stay well on track (for a change :p).

    Today's eating:

    Brekkie - Porridge, Milk & tsp sugar (3)
    Snack - 3 x WW recipe choc bites (3)
    Lunch - WW recipe Croque madame (posh toastie :rotfl:) & salad with salad cream (7)
    Snack - WW bagel with spread (2.5)
    Dinner - Salmon (3.5), sweet potato wedges (2), sweetcorn (0.5) and 0-point veg with spiced plum clafoutis (ww recipe) (3)
    Extra milk (1)

    Total = 25.5 - have gone 2.5 points over but I've been under every day so far and should have approx 15 points surplus at the end of the week so my 'extra' snack came out of that :D

    I'd better lose weight this week !!!! :mad: :rotfl:

  • OK question!

    I bought some WW pizza ovals a time ago when they were on special.

    The online trackers says 2.5 points, the packet says 3.5 so I decided to put in the details and see which one was right. It has the per 100g information (2.5 per 100g) and the per pizza information (3.5 per pizza) HOWEVER the pizza states ON THE BOX that it weighs 100g.

    WHAT THE??!

    Any ideas ladies? Is this a case of don't let the work experience boy design the packaging? It's too late for me to weigh it now.

    Feeling like I could eat way moreee again. Tummy and brain saying go to fridge and eat go on, go on. I hope this gets easier? I am starving!
  • Oops not the best of starts the first day after WI. Went over by 5 points today so i'll have to spend the next couple of days making them back up :(
