Morning all, have been absent from this thread for quite a while now, really let myself get out of control, put on all the weight that i loss previously =( starting again from today!! Wish me luck!!

Well done on doing some of your dvd YWG i dont seem to have any motivation when it comes to exercise or eating right. x
  • Hi All,

Well I went to a different meeting last night as I can't make my usual one on Weds and i've put on 1.5 pounds this week! Not overly surprised because I've had a few fast food mystery shops and quite a heavy night's drinking on saturday night :o But I have been to the gym 4 times in the last week so thought that might have helped a bit! :(

Oh well, back on the straight and narrow from now. Went to a thighs, bums and tums class last night and am absolutely killing today!! I swear the instructor is the devil! :rotfl:
    2019 will be my year!!
  • Just off the scales, lost 2lb this week :D Really pleased, also quite relieved - sts last week. Did some calculations and if I keep losing at this rate, I'll get to my goal weight by about Christmas/New Year. Seems like an age away but then I have a fair bit to lose. It did take me several years to put it all on, so I suppose its unrealistic to expect to lose it any faster! :p

Focus888- do just that -Focus! You CAN do this! You CAN change things, today is a new day! :) There is so much more to gain from losing your extra weight than there is to keeping it. You're confidence and self belief after losing your weight will soar, you will have more energy and improved health. You can do it!

Have been a bit off the wagon over the weekend, but am pulling up my socks today and planning to claw back as many points as i can and NOT put on weight this week! Thanks for all your support and inspiration. I do click on here most days and I really think I would not be doing so well without you lot (I don't do meetings so this forum is my main support and gives me a bit of accountability too!)
So BIG THANKS all round...! :T

  • Well I managed to get to bed before 12 lastnight, hooray, even though it was because I felt crap and just wanted to snuggle down and mope! :( Booo! However, one of my dogs kept me awake for most of the night - they both like to sleep underneath the blanket in their bed, and if she gets out during the night, she cant get back in - so sits and cries until I put her back in. Grrrph! *yawn*

Well, instead of moping about today, I've had my ready brek and am now going to do some of my Dvd (as much as I can take!), then hop in the shower, have some lunch and walk the dogs :)

I was hoping to go into town today but I'm just not in the mood. Pfft. Hoping a bit of fresh air from walking the dogs will clear my head from this bad cloud that seems to be hanging over me.

what a horrible week ive had!!
after staying the same last week was feeling very determined this week.
had tummy bug thursday, fri, sat which would be a dieters dream but i still had a bit of an appetite but obviously managed to stay within my points.
went to pizza hut on sunday and didnt go mad but didnt stick to points that day at all.
went to bed at 7.30pm that night as i felt terrible and woke up yesturday with chest infection and cold!!
so not really counted points very well this week at all.
thinking of giving ww a miss tomorrow.

    Hi Everyone :j

Can I join your challenge to lose this year?

I joined WW last night so everything is very new to me.

In a ideal world I need to lose 8 - 10 stone. But, I've set myself a mini target to lose a stone by Easter. Hopefully, if I set mini targets, I'll get to the end result eventually and as someone once told me, it can be a nicer journey taking the scenic route rather than sticking to the direct route.

Good luck to everyone with their weight loss journey.
