Haven't read all this thread yet, but will try too..lol
I am Caroline, been with Chris for about eight years, and we have been trying for a baby for 5 years. I manage to get pregnant just can't keep the little beans in there for long. So we have been to the "experts" and are eligible for IVF but I need to get down to about 15 stone.:eek:
At the start of the year I tried Celebrity Slim, but it didn't work for me as I need to EAT food not just drink stuff, although it did taste lovely.
Anyway joined WW a few weeks and weighed in at 20 stone 5.5lbs, first week I put on a pound, but it was my P week, last week I lost a pound and tonight I LOST THREE POUNDS..:T
Think I lost so much this week as I ate my full point allowance, 29 points, each day....really didn't feel like dieting as I was able to have a bar of chocolate each night, and also a few packets of Walkers Baked crisps during the week.
Also discovered that Iceland do a great range of WW meals for only £1 each, so have been having these for my evening meal.
Anyway, looking forward to a great loss again next week, Good Luck to all of you.;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0 -
Well I'm off to bed in a minute, and am feeling a little low.
I managed to do 10 mins of my exercise dvd today - on one of the more intense levels - then walked the dogs - but both at the same time today as it's absolutely freezing outside, and I've been getting earache over the last few days so am trying to keep that at bay by staying out of the cold
I just feel a little deflated this week. I'm convinced I'm not going to have lost anything as I don't feel like I've lost anything at allRubbish!
I've stuck to my points, eaten healthily, not cheated and even saved a point or two here or there. Just not happy with how I'm feeling at the moment. Boo me.
I picked up some sleeping aid tablets from Boots tonight and took two an hour ago so am off to bed to see whether I can get a decent nights sleep!

YWG - Don't feel sad, you have done really well from the figures you have in your signature. Over 4st that's an amazing achievement. I joined WW in June last year and have only lost 18pounds. I want to lose another 4st but feel that it taking me ages but I just look at it now like I am learning how to eat properly and hopefully because its taking me ages then maybe eating heathly will become normal....

Im on nightshift so hoping that will compensate as I am sleeping all day.
Does anyone have any idea of how many points are in chicken sushi? I got some today from tesco but forgot to check the points....Total DebtWas £4145.81now £0.000 -

Well I took two of the Boots own brand sleeping aid tablets lastnight and I think they may have worked..seeing as I was asleep before 12am and wide awake at 8am.
Just going to have some toast and motivate myself to wrap up warm and go into town. Relying on public transport bums me out but I want to get out the house. It's icy here today so I'm dreading the walk to the bus stop - the city centre always seems to be de-iced magically somehow! Just have to dodge the donut man in his donut van - 4 for £1 and they smell SO good :rotfl: Dammit weight watchers!
I've got a weight watchers frozen beef hotpot planned for my dinner when I return, and tonight me and the GF are having a Mr.A stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and chips. There's 11.5 pts in half the pizza :eek: so I'm teaming it with some WW chips and a big salad. Back from my WI and i lost 2lb. That's a total of 12lb in 4 weeks :j

Making toad in the hole tonight, using WW sausages. Comes out about 6 points including gravy for two sausages and one third of the batter mix each. And it doesn't taste healthy at all!0
