hi folks
have been in hiding recently, not very pleased with myself as I managed to gain weight over the week. At least I can see why, its not a big surprise with the over-indulging I did! But am going to turn over a new leaf, and hope to lose again this week. The weeks meals are planned, the fridge is stocked up on salad and so now I just need the willpower to stick with it. My weekend points are already over, due to wine and dessert, but I will do my best to compensate this week before WI on saturday morning.
Have a great week everyone xfran-o0 -

Hello
Please can I join? My goal weight is 8 7lbs
I started WW on 31st Jan, lost 4.5lbs in the first week but only lost half a pound last week...bit demotivated....my starting weight was 9 8.5lbs. I may change my goal weight to 8 stone but I shall see how I feel once I reach 8 7lbs.
thanks

Ok Weighed in on Saturday. Lost another pound. The weight is not shifting as well as I hoped. Have not counted all weekend and have been very bad. Anyway back on track today. Need to do some exercise. Good luck to everyone this week.
Thanks Drumm0 -

A pound a week is spot on - if you lose weight much faster you'd risk stretch marks & baggy skin... Oh and of course the inevitable putting it all back on & more when you start to eat more again.0 -

2.5 points for 93g lean fillet steak.
I had a similar meal yesterday but with a jacket potato instead of chips - worked out about 9 for one meal but you have to let go on special occasions don't you!0 -
