    Hi
I had my WI this morning, lost 2 lb!!!! :j
And my friend, who has only just started, lost 1.5 lbs despite feeling as if she hadn't lost any & was a bit down on the way to the meeting (very happy on her way home, though!) :T

So my total weight loss now since Oct 17 last year is 33.5 lbs, and have also gone down another number (now 11 stone something rather than 12) which is nice, but of course does mean my points allowance goes down 1 :(

ps. bramble1, they do make pies, but I don't know who sells them, sorry. Haven't tried them, so can't tell you what they are like either.

Well done to you both. I remember that feeling of despondency on the way to classes thinking nothing had shifted (I was a good girl then and didn't constantly jump on the scales at home!). It's a great feeling when you have lost though. x

  • Well I'm not happy this week. My WI was yesterday and I had a STS :(

However, I know for a fact that it's down to doing hardly any exercise and walking. I had a lazy week and didn't do much so it's my own fault for not pushing myself.

I always stick to, or come in under my points, so there's nothing I can do on that front - so I definately need to step it up and do more exercise this week! Gah!

Today I've eaten an Eat Smart lemon cereal bar for 1pt and am going to make myself some WW tomato soup and bread for 3pts.

For tea we're having chippy chips and fish omnom. Treat tea <3 This will keep me to my 19 points allowance :) And i've just done 15 minutes of exercise dvd - trying to build myself up by doing it everyday to get in shape!

Also talked Mum into doing Race for Life with me this summer. I don't plan to run (can't run for toffee!) but just to walk the course in memory of my Auntie will be good :)

Which location are you doing RFL in? :)

I've not signed up yet, just waiting for confirmation from my mother that she will commit to it haha! :rotfl:

I don't plan to run, so no running training will be taking place. But I am exercising everyday to try to get myself fitter, and burn some calories as part of my WW diet! :)

Well had a bad day and lost the plot only had 5pt after lunch which was a whole butternut squash roasted. Then I gave my DD some choc and I ended up helping myself to it (she is only 18months) then I had another bar and for tea had Mcdonnalds don't know how many points. I'm gutter as I had been so good for 4 days. I just hope I can pull it back in 2 days. I think a night on the wii fit

I have signed up for the Rotherham one with some work colleagues.
I have never been running. How do I start? Do I need new shoes? Do I start with some walks? Eek!

Hello can I join you all please :) I've read the whole thread through over the last couple of days and started counting points again yesterday. I have done WW several times before but the weights gone back on and some :o I'm not going to go to meetings, I have all the stuff at home and can't afford it tbh, but will post here regularly to help motivate me.

My starting weight is 12 stone and I want to lose 2 stone :D
