Went away this weekend and it was not at all as tricky as I'd expected. Had pasta with tomato sauce in the restaurant and switched to vodka instead of my usual cider (I know I know) and even taking into account restaurant portions I had 2 points left. Had to skip the roast today though! Boo...0

Hi Can a new person join in? I have been doing WW since October & lost 30 lbs so far. Target weight 10st 6, currently have 23.5 lbs to go. At yesterday's weigh in I had lost 1.5 lbs, so going slowly but surely!0

Everything will be explained at your 4th meeting - you'll get a little booklet about it. You can also used e-source to work out activity points. Basically if you excercise you can earn yourself more points.0

theres always room for more. I managed the mamouth exercise session of legs bums and tums which was seriously hard followed by aqua aerobics - think I will definitely ache tomorrow though lol0

Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me joining in but 'the diet starts tomorrow'!! Having done the Cambridge Diet almost a year ago and lost 1 1/2 stones in 7 weeks the weight has been slowly creeping back on and if I don't do something about it now, it will all be back on again which is a depressing thought. I have done Weight Watchers before and still have my little blue folder so in the interests of MSE I am going it alone at home.
I seem to have become re-addicted to chocolate which apart from being extremely fattening is expensive too so I am going to completely ban myself from that for a while rather than allow myself just a little bit at a time because I can't stop at a few squares.
I am taking part in the London Moonwalk in May walking 26 miles through the night in a decorated bra in aid of Breast Cancer. No point in having a decorated bra with a massive wobbly Pilbury doughboy belly below it is there!! Have a good week everyone.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb
