hallooooo. just checking in really quickly before work!

WI shows i have lost half a pound this week, bringing my total loss to 4.5lbs.
i have NOT tracked this week and have had numerous treats but the little bit of exercise i've done must have helped keep me in check.

JTB could you please revise my birthday target to a more realistic 11st 7! and add that i have lost 0.5lbs this week. (and 1lb last week.) thanks! :D

back to good food now! i've had my fill of choc and biscuits for a while i think.

haven't read back yet but will try to do so. hope we're all doing ok!

YWG - its ready popped :D its sometimes hard to track down but I've found it in Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.

I've had a bad day already. Didn't get a wink of sleep last night was so tired but just clock watched the whole night - seem to be on auto pilot today - my gran's in hospital with a tumour on her bowel and I'm trying to find out whats happening so I've already eaten my salmon and cucumber sandwich and a ferrero rocher :( Ah well I'll go to the gym tomorrow morning work out some frustrations...

Well done on the losses :T
Really should be doing some work...
  • Hi All,

Please may I join?! I started Weight Watchers on 1st July last year and was very on and off with it for months :o But I am well and truly back on the wagon now!

I was 12 stone 1.5lbs when I joined with a BMI of 31  As of weigh in on Weds I am now 10 stone 11.5lbs and I have reached my 10%!!! My BMI is also down to 28 so pretty chuffed :D

My goal is to get to 9 stone! As i'm a shorty at 5 foot 2, my healthy weight range is (according to ww online) 7st 11 to 9st 11 - but when I was 8.5 stone I think I looked a bit like a lollypop so I'm aiming for 9 and then will see how it goes!

P.S: Sorry to hear about your Gran, Puddings. I hope she's ok.
    2019 will be my year!!
  • Well I'm here, showing my face, and without dissapointment. I've had my WI today and STS - exactly the same. How odd! 11st 9.0lb for me this week. No loss, but an exact same weight as lastweek, so I'm cool with that. I was just afraid of putting anything on.

Well this weekend is going to be better for me as there is no taybarns or costco cakes or papa john's pizza to distract me :rotfl: We've planned a trip to Nando's tomorrow during a shopping trip, but I've already decided what I'm having from there using the 'Eat Out' WW book, and have planned teas for the rest of the week :)

Ooh goodie! I'll have to get the GF to take me on a road trip for this :D We're supposed to be going the cinema later..but I have 0.5 points left for the entire day  as we're having enchiladas for tea. GAH!

    Congrats Fran-o:beer:

Had another fabulous day yesterday, got to work late last night and had to take my dinner with me – by then though i didn’t want to eat it as I was feeling slim and didn’t want to ruining it but i had it as I knew i needed to ate the points but i had pted so melba toast to eat as well but I didn’t have them so again I saved 2pts.

I seem to be on a roll this week hope it continues and I can be very on and off.

    Sun Bits 2pts
    Choc 1.5

  • Well I just had a total fail making a yolk-less omelette :rotfl:

Every week in our house it's 'Mexican Friday' - and for today I picked out enchiladas, only this week I made the effort of pointing them. 3 enchiladas including tortilla wraps, spice mix, salsa, turkey strips, low fat cheese, soured cream + jalapenos = 18.5 points  We bulk out the filling with onions and peppers for 0 points.

So that's left me with 0.5pts for the rest of the day - meep! So I decided to try to have something bulky and filling with 0 points for my lunch. Enter egg white omelette - however it was a big fail, and I ended up turning it into more of an egg white scramble with courgette, peppers, onion and chilli :) 0 points and very filling! :D

I saved some points in the last few days, when do I use these? Or is it my decision?

I'm going to try to save some points during the week to use on Mexican Friday as mexican food contains a lot of points.
