hi, I had my WI today and have lost another 1.5lbs, and reached my 5% goal. Yay. I'm glad because i have gone over a couple of times this week, oops!
Well done to all the other losses.
Sorry it's a flying post today, i'm in the mood for housework and seem to be doing a bit of a spring clean.
    Take care

I LOVE the WW frozen cottage pies! I got a few when they were on offer. Yum!

Also, the WW frozen ocean pie is a delight too :D

I've just discovered the joys of WW frozen meals, Had lasagne yesterday - Iceland have them from £1 as do sainsburys at the moment so they're going to be my lunch for the forseable future, will check out the ocean pie tomorrow i think!

Not been good this week, oh dear ! Had a great week last week, lost 5lb, had been really good sticking to it & had been exercising. But this week, well - between pmt bloating, falling in snow & hurting back, I have not done any exercise & all I want to do is eat !!! I'm on 20 pts, yesterday I counted approx 30 but I didnt care. Today I made free soup & have tried to have as much as I can stomach of it, but after a small wrap with some edam, I'm now champing at the bit to get eating again, heeeelp I dont want to have to go to bed yet. Anyone in the same boat ?!

    Regards

She is in Australia so I haven't met her yet! But she is called Mollie Ann and is gorgeous with lots of dark hair! Just seen first photos! Yipeeee!

Also happy today cos I lost 3lb this week which is great for me cos its all been 1s and 0s since January! So am now 12st exactly. If my weight is a time-machine I have gone back to 2005!

Zumba was fantastic, and I was talking to a lady who goes to aqua on a sunday and I have agreed to do legs bums and tums before hand - think I must be mad.
  • Weigh in this morning - lost 1lb. 5 lbs in 3 weeks. Slowly but hopefully surely. Keep it up everyone.
