hi, I had my WI today and have lost another 1.5lbs, and reached my 5% goal. Yay. I'm glad because i have gone over a couple of times this week, oops!
Well done to all the other losses.
Sorry it's a flying post today, i'm in the mood for housework and seem to be doing a bit of a spring clean.
Take care

Not been good this week, oh dear ! Had a great week last week, lost 5lb, had been really good sticking to it & had been exercising. But this week, well - between pmt bloating, falling in snow & hurting back, I have not done any exercise & all I want to do is eat !!! I'm on 20 pts, yesterday I counted approx 30 but I didnt care. Today I made free soup & have tried to have as much as I can stomach of it, but after a small wrap with some edam, I'm now champing at the bit to get eating again, heeeelp I dont want to have to go to bed yet. Anyone in the same boat ?!
