YWG - your new avatar looks so tasty!! stop tempting us!

Well done on all the losses - seems to be a good week for lots of us - I hope for me too! I am really hoping for a loss on Saturdays WI, a sneaky peek puts me on track.... ;)
Between now and then I am expecting the birth of my sister's first baby in Australia, she is being induced tonight... so I am a bit emotional at the moment and will have to keep a check on my eating tomorrow. Mind you if Mum invites us over for dinner and bubbly tomorrow night to celebrate I'm not going to say no!

ahrrgg why did i do it? I just ate a bar of choc from tesco which i just bought = 11.5 points and a small tub of ben and jerrys brownie ice cream, how many points is that?

Now unless I run a marathon how can i recover from this and not gain this week or stay the same?

I just crave choc so much, nothing is a substitute to the real thing.

I have been eating chocolate and staying within points - try a Milky Way (2 points for each of the 2 bars in a twin-pack) or if you like dark chocolate Green and Blacks miniature bars (3 points)

  • Hi all,
I have been eating a lot of popcorn recently. I have been makin my own. I have bought a big bag of popping corn from Holland and Barrett ( they have BOGO half price at the moment) £4.18 for 2kg! I use 50g for me and husband and theres plenty. I make it in a large saucepan, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil put one bit of corn in and when that pops, put the rest in. Keep shaking the saucepan so that they dont burn and wait for them to finish popping then remove the lid so the steam doesn't make them soft. I then just sprinkle a little salt on or if fancying something sweet then a sprinkle of sweetener sugar(0pts)! So i make that 2.5pts each, yummy. I tried making it with 1 calorie spray but some of the popcorn burnt.
WI for me tomorrow hope i've lost. I have had some homemade spaghetti bolognese at 6.5pts.
Must do somemore exercise now and see if the lbs will drop off! lol

  • Evening all :D

Does anyone know how many points a small lamb donar kebab would be? no salad just meat inside a pitta bread.( only eat half of the pitta)

My friend who is also doing weight watchers has rang to tell me that she read it was only 10 points but i am sure that can't be right. It must be much more than that surely??

She had one for her dinner tonight and is convinced she is within her points for the day.

Congrats Shopaholic on your loss this week, and your overall loss :D

I've just done 10mins of my exercise dvd (doesn't sound like a lot, but i'm SO out of shape and need to build myself up in small doses) and am about to shower then take the dogs for a walk. I have 2 chihuahuas so I walk them one at a time to get the most out of my walks!

I'm dreading WI tomorrow *eep* and am just praying for a STS this week, devistation avenue if I've put on. Gaaah!

YWG which DVD do you do? Good luck with the WI. x
