Still going to try again this week, going to eat more this week to as I had quite a few saved points at the end of the week so going to see if thats the reason why!!0 -

Gone up this week
And I've been really trying.
Need to change my points balancing through the day I think. I have 20 points so have about 4 for breakfast, 6 for lunch and 10 on evening - does this seem okay?
Sorry to hear that you've had a gain this week. I've been doing the same and balancing out my points. I'm on 22 and I try to stick to the following:
B- 4, L- 6, D- 8, S-3 which leaves 1 for milk. It seems to work for me. Also if I have a oopsie or don't know the points for a meal I count it as say 6 for lunch then carry on as normal. This stops me from throwing in the towel and bingeing for the rest of the day.

Welcome to all new comers, congrats to everyone on their losses, and keep motivated to those that STS or put on.
I'm literally scared stiff about my WI on Friday - I'll be devistated if I've put on after having such a terrible 'off the wagon' weekend. Gah! I'd rather STS than have put on. I'm just petrified of getting on the scales. I'm driving myself mad
Edit: Anyone got any tips for sweet popcorn? I have an unlimited card and go to the cinema a lot, and always crave popcorn when I'm there, but after working in Cineworld I know how much sugar and oil goes into their popcorn, so want to avoid A) excess points, crazy cinema prices!

Its my first weigh in tomorrow and am scared stiff!!!!! :rotfl:i thought i was bad last week having my weight confirmed....................is this normal?!?!?!
really tempted to have a sneaky weigh in before i go so im not too disappointed, but feel its cheating. Have been pretty good considering its my first week, but the scales will reveal all! need to keep telling myself even a pound off is good and a step in the right direction.December 2018: £20,850.24.
