I'm getting myself down about the thought of my WI on Friday morning. I know I've gained weight as I have a terrible habit of being a scales hopper - and last time I had a sneaky peek I was 2lb heavier than last Friday
It's my own fault for eating SO very badly over the weekend, and I'm somewhat glad that I know for fact where I went wrong, but I'm just feeling gutted that I know I won't have lost anything this week. Feeling defeated when it's only Tuesday is a bummer!
I've got my monthly unwanted gift too, so I'm bloated to 3months pregnancy size - not helpful

Well I kinda got all diet/slim bird inspired on Sunday and Yesterday and my meal plan went well yesterday but I also joined the gym last night and this morning I was up at 6am, I cycled to the gym and did 40 cardio and 10 cool down/weights and by 7.45 I was showered and sat in the sauna thinking this is the life. Got dressed did my hair and then had a cup of tea and read the paper. Then cycled up the road to work and I felt absolutely awake
I have earned 3 activity points – god you have to work really hard to get anywhere with them.
I have also saved 3 points yesterday. Rock on me.
Today so far i have had:
An apple 0.5pts
Quavers 1.5pt
Milk 2pts
Choc 1.5pts
Tuna Salad 1pt
Jelly 0pts
Carrot 0pts
Small Grapes 0.5pts
Dinner will be Lasagne and Salad 6pts
So that’s a total of 13pts leaving 6pts , not quite sure what I will do with them.
Congrats to all the losers, hugs to all that need and good luck to all who have weigh ins.
Tomorrow I shall have to let you know......

Evening all,
Puddings, I point 100g of grapes at a point, i usually have them added to a muller light with a meringue nest for extra sweetness! yummy dessert for 2.5 pts.
Way to go bLaZiNgDucK. Just keep it up.
Well done Vikki.
I'm hoping for a good week, I've not been missing the food i was used to but somehow this week have been feeling it. I haven't felt like this since the first couple of days that i started. I went over by 4 pts yesterday, but did 4.5 activity points and have gone over by 0.5 pts today and feel bad about that. I still have 10 activity points saved up for the week so i shouldnt be feeling too bad. Just hope this want to keep eating phase passes.
Off to do some more on the cross trainer.
Night all
