  • Please wish me luck for the weigh in tonight. I haven't been very good this week but I think I've balanced it out enough. I had lunch out on Tuesday, takeaway on Wednesday and night out at the cinema on Friday. So if I have lost anything it will be a miracle lol:rotfl:

Congratulations to everybody who's lost weight this week. I've got 1 pound to loose for tonights weigh in to meet my 5% goal :j

Ohhh dear, I had a terrible day yesterday!

Started off well with 2 hours of cycling and walking, but then I went to the pub with a friend and one drink turned into 2 bottles of wine, a pizza, garlic bread and cake!!!!

It could have been worse i suppose, atleast i did 2 hours worth of excersise before hand! I'm scared to put in my points from yesterday on my tracker. My weight was down this morning but i think thats due to dehydration rather than anything!! Going to have to be super good for the rest of this week!

it's just as easy to grate the crust end of a loaf for it. I've made my last batch in single portion casserole dishes and but two of them in the freezer. I would say a couple of days in the fridge as there's white sauce in it. In the freezer I've had it within 7 days cuz I batch cook meals for the weekend as I have a baby. I'm sure it would taste fine after a few weeks though. Good luck with it, let me know if you like it.:)

Brilliant idea - I just bin the crusty ends normally! Thanks very much. I'll let you know - might not be for some time though so don't hold your breath!

I ordered size10 skinny jeans yesterday, I WILL get into them comfortably!!

Meeting up with the potential mother-in-law at the end of Feb so I'd really like there to be a noticeable difference by then. :o My BF has noticed already & he's supportive as long as my boobs don't shrink:rotfl:

This week I'm going to be STRICT!!!

Lol, yes boobs seem to be a problem :p I think I'm going to want a boob job at the end of this - I'm terrified to go get measured properly again as I KNOW she's going to say I might as well be a 12 year old girl...I could barely fill a B cup before the diet!!!!! Fab news on the size 10 skinnies - thats my goal.

I have just had a Morrisons Eat Smart Chewy Chocolate Brownie Breakfast Cereal BAR, it was YUM, quite small but YUM and only 1 point. I also have the Chewy Lemon Curd ones to try too.

No gym for me tonight as me and flatmate are going for an early bird special at the Harvester to celebrate our 1 year living together anniversary - any excuse eh?? :D
Really should be doing some work...

  • Well done to everyone that has lost weight this week, and good luck to those that are having weigh ins today :D

I'm just off to heat up my WW chicken soup for 1.5pts for dinner. I had an Eat Smart strawberry cheesecake cereal bar this morning for 1pt :)

Trying to keep my points to a minimum today because me & the GF took advantage of the M&S dine for £10 thing again at the weekend as we had the last £10 voucher to use (from the £50 we got for joining sky) - got Beef roulade stuffed with ricotta and spinach, wedges and lemon souffles :D

However, lastnight I pointed everything and the beef has 8.5 pts, the wedges have 4pts and the lemon souffles have 5.5pts *eek* So I made a decision to let the GF have my portion of wedges at some point this week with another meal, and I'll replace my wedges with WW chips for 2pts instead of 4pts in the M&S wedges.

  • Hello everyone :hello:

I'd like to join in with you all if thats ok? Reading the thread there have been some really good weight losses so far so congrats to everyone!

I started WW on Saturday so only 3 days in. My start weight was 10st8lb and my goal is 9st and I want to get there by my 27th birthday which is 3rd May, so my working out means I have exactly 14 weeks from today and have to average 1.5lb a week.

I'm on 18 points a day but I find that I'm not using them all and then getting hungry and need some ideas on how to a: use my points up and b: therefore stop being hungry.

    Today's food:

    B: 30g porridge oats 1.5pts
    Med banana 1.5pts
    1/2 pint skim milk 1.0pts

    L: Large jacket spud 4pts
    3 tbsp beans 1 pt
    salad 0pts

    S: Med apple 0.5pts
    Tesco LC cake slice 1.0pts

    D: 130g turkey 2.5pts
    1 pineapple ring 0.5pts
    Loads of veg/salad 0pts
    Muller Light 1.5pts

so I make it only 15 points today. If I snack its only really fruit or veg so the points from that doesn't make a big dent in the ones I need to use up. I've got some little WW and Tesco LC cakes but if I start I won't stop!!

    Thank you all so much

    xx

Oh you can reach that goal weight no problemo! I'm on a similar path, hoping to get to 81/2 stone from 101/2.

I rarely hit my 19pts everyday either, tend to be around 15/16pts but then have an extra treat on the weekend,

Have a snack inbetween breakfast & lunch. I tend to have some grapes (small bunch 1pt) or lychees (6 for 0.5pts)

You dinner looks a bit dry, do you have any sauces or gravy with it?
