Ohh dear ...... I've completely lost the plot :o. I'm eating everything in site  ! Coupled with our meal out tomorrow I keep thinking 'oh well, I'll not lose weight this week so might as well make the most of it' :(

I think I'll have to draw a line under this weekend, suffer the consequences and slap myself silly on Monday morning .

Hope you're all having a good weekend !

I'm a similar story! I had an operation on friday & just wanted stodge for dinner so we had a pizza, I had 4 slices when I planned to have 2 :(

Will make up for it this week :)

    Lol, I've been bad too!

STS again for me this week which is absolutely fine as I've eaten out 6 (yes 6!!) times this week for work and pleasure. STS for the last 4 weeks has been great actually, it's taught me than I can keep the weight off :D I've learnt to listen to my hunger AND stop when I'm full - amazing achievement for me when faced with a buffet!

AND I got my butt down the gym this weekend too and enjoyed it so I think I may be back! I've just spent a small fortune at ASOS too for motivation.

Hope everyone's had great weekends. I can't believe we've got 40 members in our WW band now :j its fab and inspirational! I've got a bunch of tips from the last few pages and I'm off to the WW site to find a recipe someone mentioned....something or other bake, must go back and look.

I make the carrot and parsnip bake from the website which is scrummy and only 2.5 points. You could have some bread or a pudding with it but it's so filling for what it is.:)

Ah ha, this one! Hope its an easy recipe...off I go! It was the words 'pudding with it' that really caught my eye :o

  • Hi all
Weighed myself yesterday.Lost 2lb. Feeling good now 11st 8lbs. Thanks for all the support.
  • Well this is me signing in for Monday (very early) Morning week start! I had my WI on Friday morn and lost 2lb. :D I lost 6lb all together in January - so proud of myself! :D

Went home to my Mums this weekend to visit as it was my Aunties birthday on Friday. So ate mexican on Friday at my mums house, then went out for food on Saturday night to Taybarns to celebrate my Aunties birthday..and went crazy on food :( Oh dear.

Today I ate badly too - got back home to Coventry late and had to order takeaway as we had nothing defrosted - boo! So ate my way through too much Papa Johns and now feel majorly sick and guilty :( BOO ME! To make me feel even worse my monthly nightmare arrived on Saturday night so I've been in crippling agony since then with a bloated pregnancy like stomach and general crapp feely :( Woe is me!

Gah! Definately need to get my exercise on this week! Thankfully my mum can sometimes be a saint, and picked me up an 'essentials pack' from WW with the 2010 Tracker book, Eat Out book and Shop book - so I can now point stuff for myself. Hooray lol :D

  • Hi All

First of all may I just beg apologies for my distinct lack of posting over the last few weeks:o I have been doing my usual, going really well on the diet and then giving up falling off the wagon style. I even cancelled my monthly pass, but went to what was supposed to be my last meeting weigh in and well I lost 1lb so thats a total of 6.5pounds so the bug kicked in again and well I re instated my monthly pass and well I'm at least back with it for another month.

Have planned my menus for the week and am going to save lots of (well a few) points for the weekend. I also plan a trip or 2 to the gym.

    Menu today is

Bran and Milk for breakie 3.5pts
    Tuna salad for lunch 1.5pts
Tescos light choices Veggie Lasange 6pts
Snacks Carrott and Jelly 0pts (possible a chocolate/pack of crisps 1.5pts havent decided on these yet?)

So that takes me including my snacks to 12.5pts which leaves me with 6.5pts to use?????? Will let you know what else I use when I have made my mind up.

Hope you all have a good day

    Duckie
    To be figured out!

I ordered size10 skinny jeans yesterday, I WILL get into them comfortably!!

Meeting up with the potential mother-in-law at the end of Feb so I'd really like there to be a noticeable difference by then. :o My BF has noticed already & he's supportive as long as my boobs don't shrink:rotfl:

This week I'm going to be STRICT!!!

Hi Puddings, yes it is so easy to make. I'm sure you can buy ready made breadcrumbs but it's just as easy to grate the crust end of a loaf for it. I've made my last batch in single portion casserole dishes and but two of them in the freezer. I would say a couple of days in the fridge as there's white sauce in it. In the freezer I've had it within 7 days cuz I batch cook meals for the weekend as I have a baby. I'm sure it would taste fine after a few weeks though. Good luck with it, let me know if you like it.:)
