  • Well I kinda got all diet/slim bird inspired on Sunday and Yesterday and my meal plan went well yesterday but I also joined the gym last night and this morning I was up at 6am, I cycled to the gym and did 40 cardio and 10 cool down/weights and by 7.45 I was showered and sat in the sauna thinking this is the life. Got dressed did my hair and then had a cup of tea and read the paper. Then cycled up the road to work and I felt absolutely awake

My goodness, i feel tired just reading that!!! but well done you! :T:T

    Good luck Poppie123, you'll do good :)

Thanks guys for all your words of encouragement, it really does help. :)

I have also come up with another plan, as I do and have been know ro suffer with a doggy left leg (injuried it quite badly a couple of years ago and couldn't exercise for 2 yrs and every now and again it flares up abit) I don't want to over do it and when it flares up i kinda get abit de-motivated but not this time, i have decided to swim, i don't really like swimming but if it means i burn fat and lose weigh i will do it - it will as give my doggy leg a rest/break.
So I plan to swim 2-3 time a week and hit the gym 1-2 times (gonna burn fat)

    Menu for today is
    Bran 1.5
    Milk 2
    Jelly 0
    Apple 0.5
    Quavers 1.5
    Choc 1.5
    Carrotts 0
For tea Shepherds Pie and Veg 4pts
So far thats 12pts leaving 7pts for lunch
Not sure what i'm having for my lunch as my boss is taking me to the pub and I'm not sure what there is, I'm think may salad no dressing

    Talk to you later

    Duckie x

Gone up this week :( And I've been really trying.

Need to change my points balancing through the day I think. I have 20 points so have about 4 for breakfast, 6 for lunch and 10 on evening - does this seem okay?

Well done, Blazing Duck, you sound fantastically motivated :T

I've been away on business - food wasn't terrible and was sensible with the alchohol and have been traipsing around exhibition halls, so have been exercising. Am exhausted. I was a STS last week before I went, but won't weigh myself until WI day, as I don't like to peek, but am confident it should be OK.

Did buy some Rafaello in Duty Free though :o

    Have a good day

  • Evening all. Hope everyone has had a good day. Well done to all of those who had a nice result at WI last night!

Doint ok with my points today though I had lunch out today and the jacket potato and beans I was given was huge so have had to estimate the points. Luckily I've had a few saved over the past few days and also got aqua aerobics tonight so hopefully will be ok!

    B: apple and mullerlight 2.0pts

L: Jacket potato and beans 6.0pts
    Big salad 0.0pts

    S: Reduced fat houmous 3.0pts
    2 carrots 0.0pts

D: "Lasagne" (in the loosest sense of the word!) 2.5pts

S: (After swimming) 2 slices WW bread toasted 1.0pts
    2 tsp marmalade 1.0pts
    Tesco LC cake slice 1.0pts

I make a grand total of 16.5pts and 1.5pts saved

Hope everyone has a great evening and good luck to all with WI tonight!
