It's my first weigh in tomorrow and i'm getting nervous! I'm cooking fajitas tonight for dinner, how bad are they points wise? I've got low fat cheese and low fat sour cream, Should i just make it a salad and let OH have the wraps? Nooo idea what to do!

I had fajitas the other day although I didn't have sour cream or cheese (don't eat either)

I used chicken, onion, peppers and a packet of Old El Paso. I had 2 of the weight watchers wraps which were 1 and a half points each.

I think 2 wraps and some of the fajita mix on the side worked out to be about 7/8 points.(can't remember exactly now)

  • Hi fellow WWer's

Going well in the BMM household, I've managed my Wii fit for the last 3 days stuck within my points and banked some to the 'wine bank' for the weekend and feeling quite upbeat. :T

    Meals yesterday were:

    B:Toast with Jam-4.0pts
L:Tagliatelle with Pesto, cherry toms & an apple-5.5pts
    D: HM Oven Baked Risotto-8pts
S: Milk for cuppies, Snack o Jacks, Options hot choccie & smarties-4.0pts

Total 21.5 with 0.5 saved to the wine bank. :T

Re the discussions about using saved points. I've spoken to my leader who says that you can bank a max of 4 a day but don't go below 14 pts. You can also save a max of 12pts from bonus points therefore giving you a total of 24 extra for special occasions. Don't do this on a regular basis as it will slow down your progress.

Also if you're not saving your points for an occasion then it's important to eat them all as WW have carefully calculated the amount of points you need for a max weight loss. Only exception to this is when you've reached a plateau and are hovering around the stone mark where you would be dropping a point anyway therefore you may find that you need to drop the point early. P.S Well done to all the losers 3lb seems to be a common weightloss this week.

Hi, I'm new over here so hope it's okay to post. My mum successfully did WW and lost three stone so I have the basics without going to meetings. So now me and OH are on board - very difficult to feed us both with such a vast difference in points (20 to 35).

I've used too many points on lunch, so have four left for tea and I'm starving. What's low/free and filling?

Just looked on the tracker 1/4 of a old el paso fajita dinner kit is 6points - do you think that includes the chicken? So i could have 2 fajitas?

hey, I would be tempting to do something that is veggie based and have your points just for your carbs. So, a big bowl of veggies like carrots and courgettes in a tomato sauce (sweeten with a sweetener if desired, stock cube and herbs in) and then some pasta. Or some veggies stir fried and then some noodles served alongside. I don't mind things being veggie though! Another option would be to make up some soup that is 'free' and have it with some bread.

Hi, please can I join. I joined WW 3 weeks ago and lost 7.5lbs already:jbut am having trouble trying to find interesting lunches. I have coeliacs disease so can't have any gluten unless I buy the expensive gluten free stuff which isn't really MSE! I normally have jacket potatoes or gluten free toast which is home made but I'm getting fed up with them. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Gemzie - I make the carrot and parsnip bake from the website which is scrummy and only 2.5 points. You could have some bread or a pudding with it but it's so filling for what it is.:)
