  • Right another really low point day, just 5 used so far leaving me with 14!

    Breakfast - Toast & Dreamtime Tea 3.5pts
    Snack - Lychees 0.5pts
Lunch - Salad (goats cheese, olives, spinach & cherry toms) 1pt

Now for dinner. I'm currently looking at what takeaway I can have with 14 pts!! Naughty I know but I'm feeling lazy after a tough day at work.

  • Hi all,

Just checking in really - having a really bad week with WW. As some of you know, I'm packing up to move house this week and it's becoming a major stress! I'm not officially tracking, although I'm keeping a rough count in my head. I know it's not the best way, but I think I have to let myself off this week and do my best to satrt over once I'm settled.

I am popping back and reading the thread here! Well done to everybody, you're doing brilliantly. :money:

    Well done to the losses!

I always seem to have 1 or 1.5 points left over each day. Should i still be eating them? I'm not really saving points for anything this week, no special occasions or anything..

  • Hey all.
Had a bit of a blip this week and put half on. When I got into the office on Monday I was told that a colleague had passed away over the weekend so we were all in a bit of shock. I think I chain ate all day, didn't really help though.

Am determined to make sure I keep going on this journey though, my dream would be to get to 10, 7 but if I can get to 11, 7 by valentines (not gonna happen but I will try!) and 10 something by my birthday in April (that's 13 pounds in 3 1/2 months)

    Hope everyone is okay :)
