Thanks Vikki! I guess I'm being a child about it and want instant results! I'm going to focus more on exercise this week & hopefully it'll be up to 2lbs next week!:T
Oh and I bought Paul McKenna's book/dvd/cd thing yesterday on Amazon for £5. The reviews are pretty awesome so thought it was worth a read/watch/listen!* Save £s - Lose lbs *

I'm the same, but a pound I realised in time is very good! Go weigh something that weighs a pound and you will see:cool:0 -
hi everyone i am doing ww online but my month is up and rather than paying the £10 for another month does anyone know if the quidco offer is still on? also i really feel i must be doing something wrong as i have only lost 1 pound again this week so thats a total loss of 2 pound since i started 2 weeks ago0

one pound a week is good going!
two pounds in two weeks is great!
there is advice on WW online about what to do if you if your weight hits a plateau... but that's not until you've stayed the same for at least 2 weeks... So don't beat yourself up if its not a massive loss, its still going in the right direction :jfran-o0 -

Hi all, not had time to catch up with everyone but I'll be on tomorrow at some point.
Just got back from WI and I've lost 1 1/2 lb so almost lost now what I put on over xmas. 1 1/2lb to go before next week (my mini target) - hope I can do it !
Well done to everyone who's lost weight - 1 to 2lb is ideal, if you lose it quickly you will put it on quickly, trust me ! Far better to lose it slow and steady.
Catch up tomorrow xx:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
Feeling ridiculously poorly tonight

Have eaten today:
Ready Brek: 1.5
Chilli chicken: 4
Chilli rice: 3
WW lemon cheesecake: 3
Only managed to do 15 minutes of exercise today too
I think I'll be going to bed very early tonight, feeling like poop, and I don't want to keep eating in attempt to make myself feel better, even though I'm feeling very sick

Should i try to refrain from eating too late at night? I get a rumbly tummy around this time of night, but is it too late to really eat anything?Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500
