Please may I join as well? I'm at uni so it's a bit hard to weight myself, but my goal weight is 11 1/2 stone, so I imagine I have about 3 to go (eek). I've joined online as I don't think i'd feel comfortable going in public. I find I keep going over, and it's definitely because of dinner times. I need to sort that out! It's fine when I cook cos I specifically choose something low points wise, but I live with boys and we all share the cooking, so they don't really get the concept of 'girl food' although I do get a girl sized portion!
Most boys like stir fry. Why don't you do a stir fry next time it's your turn to cook? Toss some chicken in some chinese five spice and then stir fry it with loads of veggy sticks and bean sprouts.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -

Wellll i just signed up to WW online and i am confused!! Whats the best way to search for foods? I'm trying to add what i plan to eat tomorrow to see what my points are like and it's so confusing. It's taking forever and like i said 1 portion of WW yoghurt for breakfast and one the pot it says 1 point but my tracker says 1/2 point... i am confused!Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

you will find quiet often that online it will say 1 point but when you add it to your tracker it will be 0.5 so maybe thats what is happening with your yoghurt . or try putting in the nutritional information in the pannel on the left of your screen and see what that says .Wellll i just signed up to WW online and i am confused!! Feeling hungry tonight but have kept busy on the macbook, so stopped me from going stairs. Yay! Not sure I will buy curly wurlys for a bit, they are just too nice and I want them morning and night!
Today I have eaten/drank:
Breakfast:
Shreaddies 35g = 2.5 points
Skimmed milk 1 pint = 3 points
Mid morning snack:
Apple = 0.5 points
Apple juice = 1 points
squares crisps = 1.5 points
Lunch:
Weight Watchers chicken noodle soup = 0.5 points
Curly wurly = 2 points
Dinner:
Asda chicken korma = 7 points
Curly wurly x2 = 4 points
2 litres of water.
= 22 points. Over by 2
But have done a lot of walking about today so hope that might help. 0 -

Better than I thought as I assumed I'd was going to sts but the 1lb loss will do me, especially after losing 3lb last week. I need to definately get into exercise and get my 'Claire's 5 Step Fat Attack' dvd back out to do
