Im going to the meet friends tonight - they are having takeaway, I am having a vege curry and naan from tesco lol, 10.5 points but oh so yummy and will stop me giving in to the ever so naughty takeway and may even help with my blocked feeling lol, if not ive brought some sennokaut. Only problem is I then only have 0.5 points left for today and there is talk of wine, I will mix mine with lemonade and make the points up tomorrow! Why do I feel oh so guilty.....you still have to live when on ww

well I skipped lunch ( we met at 12) and had a nice wedge of coffee cake and 2 lattes ( semi skimmed milk - I asked) pointed it as a slice of asda cafe coffee cake a whopping 8 points but i knew that it would be bad and it was worth every single point.

made up for it by having a ww chicken hotpot for dinner at 4.5 points so all in all still within points :)

now i just have to survive a weekend awayw ith friends - probably nandos for lunch tomorrow ( thinking a halloumi and mushroom pitta and salad) and christ knows what for dinner and lunch on sunday but the people we are staying with know we are wwing so it shouldn't be too bad . and we have to live by making ww a part of everday life and allowing outselve indulgences now and again we are making it sustainable and thats what we are aiming for :)

go for a walk. have a hot bath. paint your nails. do your hair. anything that will distract you from eating!

Just think, if you can go for a walk, you can start to earn yourself some bonus points :-)

On the other hand, just think of how many points you would have (or indeed can afford to) to claw back over the next few days if you did go and get that chocolate on average 4 points a bar- is it really worth it?

Says she who's friend came home with a tin of roses today.

  • Hello everyone...
Please may I join as well? I'm at uni so it's a bit hard to weight myself, but my goal weight is 11 1/2 stone, so I imagine I have about 3 to go (eek). I've joined online as I don't think i'd feel comfortable going in public. I find I keep going over, and it's definitely because of dinner times. I need to sort that out! It's fine when I cook cos I specifically choose something low points wise, but I live with boys and we all share the cooking, so they don't really get the concept of 'girl food' although I do get a girl sized portion!
