  • Morning everyone!
I have been in such a munchy mood the last couple of days, can't stop eating!
I think I need to have more healthy stuff to pick at, I am quite good if I have something like carrot sticks or a bag of spinach, maybe it is the hand to mouth thing I like, rather than digesting things!

Salad again for lunch, yum ;)

Sorry I didnt get a chanced to post after my weigh in yesterday, finally made it back to official weigh in! Had been 5 weeks lol and I have officially lost 6.5 pounds which is what I though anyway which means this week is a BIG FAT STS for me!! I am quite disappointed as I had been so good this week and done aqua aerobics twice. I am hoping that I have really lost and that the sts the same is due to the fact ive been feeling quite 'blocked' up (sorry if thats tooooo much info) but its been since Monday now :-(

I better have a good weight loss this week instead!

STS is better than putting on though!! :T That's how I think of it :)

As for feeling 'blocked up' - try using senokot. I had a problem for a lonnnng time with not being able to go the loo very often - was lucky if I managed twice a week  so I went to tesco and picked up some senokot and was pooping like a trooper the following day :rotfl:

Enough about my bowels..I feel like I've lost nothing this week :( My WI is tomorrow morning but I feel awful because I'm damn sure I've lost nothing which has put me on a bit of a downer today..meh! :( I'd be happy with even just 1lb loss tomorrow to be honest - but if I STS then I know it's better than putting on..but I 'll still be frustrated because I've stuck to it so well this week. Hmm!

Well it's a spicy chicken and cous cous salad for my dinner today for 3.5pts from asda :)

  • Hey everyone,

Am I ok to join your lovely little thread? I started Weight Watchers in October, and I've had a steady loss, but I seem to go up a bit then down a bit, then down a bit more, then up. Like a rollercoaster really!

So it would be nice to have some good support, and pick up some new ideas to motivate me!

I'm going to my first weigh in since New Year tonight so wish me luck!:)

  • Hi Becky , welcome aboard. Good luck with the WI, let us know how you got on.

Must be something in the air as I have been in a munchy mood for the last couple of days, managing to fit it just.

    Meals for yesterday were:

B: Porridge with skimmed milk- 4.0pts
L: Ham Salad stuffed pitta, Banana & WW Almond Slice- 5.0pts
D: HM Pizza Chicken Melts with potato wedges- 9.0pts 1st time I tried making this and it was very very nice
S: Milk for cuppies, Crackers with Spread-3.5pts

    Total 21.5pts 0.5pts saved.

Well done on the loss poppie.

Cheeky STS is fine, We didn't gain our weight overnight so we can't expect to loss it all overnight. Mind you it would be good....Slow & steady wins the race and all that.

Think I'll go and brush my teeth as I have the mega munchies and don't have any points left for today. I'm already over by 1 so must really try to resist.

    Take Care

My first day of WW today :)
Sitting trying to work out how many points i have had. But can't figure out how many points i had for breakfast.
2 slices of buttered white toast with low low cheese...anyone have any ideas?

    Today i have had:

    breakfast: Toast and Cheese: ?
Coffee with milk and 2 teaspoons hermasitas: ?
    lunch: cereal bar: 1.5pts
dinner: WW Chicken Tika 2 WW mini nans: 8.5pts
snack: WW belgian choc slice: 1.5pts

I'm allowed 23 points a day, so i think i've done quite good for my first day.

hallooooo fellow ww-ers! thought i'd better check in as i've been lurking for a good few days now. i feel so off colour. totm coming up so i guess that explains it. plus had sore throat, now got conjuncitivitis... ew. just feeling horribly sorry for myself! so i've not eaten much, but the things i snack on have been, shall we say, naughty. !!

had a cheeky weigh this morning though (WI day tomorrow) and i was 12st 3.2 which is on track for my '2lb a week' goal which is 12st 3lb.

    welcome newcomers!! :D
  • My weigh- in wasn't too bad....I had a STS, which I think is pretty good for a 5 week break! I think that just sets me up nicely for a focused, determined week ahead.

I have a busy, stressful few weeks ahead with moving house and things, but I'm hoping that I can stay in line.
  • STS for me - after my huge xmas weight loss i can't say i'm surprised by as i've never gone over my points allowance (in fact i rarely reach it, i'm done for the day on 16 and that's typical for me) it is annoying! But nevermind, tomorrow is another day!
  • Hi everyone,

Well done for not putting on! Hope you manage to be good, moving house can be very stressful. Hope you can keep some little snacks handy so you're not tempted by anything. Good luck and hope it's a stress free move.

I have had the WW cajun chicken dinner tonight, i had it with potato and peppers chopped up with a tablespoon of oil instead of the veg and beans, I had a big bit of chicken and the dinner came to 10pts! http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=7010352 I also had it yesterday it was soo good! I still had enough points for a curly wurly afterwards. Finally managed to get some after all the talk of them the other day!
I have my weigh in day tomorrow, I dont think it will be as good as last week at 6lbs, but any loss for me is in the right direction. Have had a good week still got 1pt saved for the week. I have got myself a cross trainer and started doing some more exercise. I got up this morning and did 30 mins, just need to keep it up. It helps that i have been having to start work later at the moment.
I also have a day off tomorrow and going to make some tomato soup been fancying it for a while, aand after the lovely vegetable one last week hope it tastes as good.
    Will post my results tomorrow.
    Evening all
