I loved that start to the day too, but it is hard getting out of bed. Why is a bed just soo comfy when you have to get out of it?!I think the same every now and then & I even set the alarm early but realistically it's never going to happen. I love bed and I like watching naff breakfast telly before shoe-horning myself out of it!
Yup thats my feelings and exactly what I do in the mornings! And I got a memory foam mattress topper for Xmas which makes it even harder to get out of bed!!Yey aqua aerobics done two nights running!! Woo hoo

I have just booked into the bums and tums class on Thursday evening which I really enjoy so lets hope that gets me back motivated to exercise!

Morning all, can report a loss of 1lb at my WI last night. Good going considering it's TOTM and I had a big loss last week

YWG if you go back a few pages, there's a post on how to point bread by weight, I can't remember where it is but I'll put a link up on the first post later (when I get a bit of time to catch up) as lots of people seem to ask that one.

I just read back..from the beginning..lol..and it was me that asked the first time around about bread - d'oh! I have a mind like a sieve I tell ya!! :rotfl:
In reply to the first time I asked, it was said that 100g of bread should be pointed at 3.5

45mins Aqua Aerobics only equals 2 activity points but I feel more knackered after that than 60mins swimming which is 3 points.
Think maybe she works my class extra hard lol! Im still aching. And soooo hungry today.
Weigh in day tomorrow, fingers crossed for a better loss as I have been much better this week.0 -

Could you work it out usig the slider where it takes into account the level of exercise and your weight? Would it be more then? I guess it has to take into account the type of exercise and that might tone you up and increase muscle strength but not be cardio which is what burns the fat, not sure though
I lost 1/2 yesterday, not much but at least in the right direction eh? Really good lunches planned for this week to keep me on track, I think lunch is the key, a big bowl of salad is free if I include most of my favourite things and that makes me feel like I have eaten a lot- cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot...

Evening all, I'm about to wolf down 1/4 dolmio tomato & cheese pasta bake with a medium portion of pasta with 3 omega 3 fish fingers
I had the WW Beef Casserole & Red Wine for lunch (4pts), it was yummy but did rather look like dog food! I didn't realise Heinz made WW food.
Oh and had wholemeal toast with light lurpak for brekkie.
Once eaten I'm going to watch telly for half an hour then get on with the aerobics section of Davina's dvd. My gym kit is packed for tomorrow too so heading straight there from work.* Save £s - Lose lbs *

Woooohooooooooooooooowwooooooooooooohhhha!! I lost 2.5lbs since Friday! So pleased as I had a cosmo meal out too. I feel/am back on plan and ready to loose more weight. Pleased I gained control of my eating.
Bought a new points calculator too and some lemon meringue bars with my vouchers.0 -

I ave been a bit absent lately but still pointing away quietly and having some success dh is trying really hard and i am pleased to report that he in 12 days has lost ....... are you ready for this ? ........ 1st2lb !!!! I have warned him that the loss will slow down but am secretly hoping he will have another great week to keep him motivated .
I have had a more setate loss of 6lb but i am really happy with that .
I have descovered that my key is having a good lunchit stops me picking in the afternoon but a pile of raw carrot ready prepared in the fridge helps when i have that inevitable mid afternoon trip to the fridge .
I'm off now to read all the activity chat that i've missed , we need to start something and dh wants us to do something together but we can;t agree on what , he wants to do swimming or squash and i would prefer dancing or aerobics ... whos going to win i wonder ?
just editted to add , that if you want to add us to the front page I need to loose 2st7lb and hubby is aiming to loose 10stI am journeying to a debt-free life.

It's almost 4am and I'm still awake waiting for the supposed Boots 75% sale to start..no such luck as of yet..only been refreshing since 12am dammit

Today I plan on having a small jacket potato with small cheese salad for 6.5 pts for my lunch and having some form of bolognaise for tea..we've got so many jars of Ragu and Dolmio sauces from the various times they've been on offer, it's ridiculous! But yummy
I've been craving a bloody good omlette lately, but have never made one! Is it even possible with egg white alone? I should have a flick through my WW books to see if there are any recipes
My WI is looming, this Friday, and I'm really hoping I've lost something, even if it's just 1lb, I've been sticking to this so well these past 2 weeks. I just hope something good comes of it this week!
