Good Morning everyone!! right im going to start tracking again from today!! Ive been off track ever since xmas and never fully gotten back on to the wagon and the weight is slowly creeping up. No more!!

Puddings your weekend sounds amazing!! :D
  • Morning everyone

Well, after my weigh in, I didn't have too bad a day yesterday.

    No exercise

    Drinks: 1 x water, 6 x decaf tea/skim milk

Breakfast: 1 1/2 granary toast with Flora light and lime marmalade

Lunch: Roast chicken - pour lemon juice over chicken, stuff the lemon halves, and a halved onion inside cavity. Mix 2 tbsp Extra light soft cheese with a clove of garlic, and push up under skin and over breast - makes it delicious and moist. Served with wedges - pototoes, oil spray, lemon zest (from the lemon above) and thyme, broccoli and carrots.

Dinner: Light choices tortilla wrap with reduced fat houmous, peppers, carrots, cucumber. Banana.

Snack: Walkers Baked crisps, cheese and onion roll.

I have a lot of bad habits to break, and this was a day to celebrate.

Moment of triumph - buying fuel for the car, and waltzing straight past the crisps and chocolate shelves, and just paid for the fuel. :T

    Have a good day.

    Rumbly xx
  • Just a quickie. WI this morning and I have STS. Not very good for my 1st week but I can't complain as I had a very very heavy night on Friday, didn't get back to the hotel room until 7am (trip to the casino, v. naughty), which threw my eating out for the rest of the weekend. But hey I had a great time and I'm back on track today.

Did complete 4 x 30mins exercise for last week so 1/2 a star for me please.

Have a good day everyone and I'll catch up later. Must do some work!

    Becks. :p

Don't give in Becks, sometimes if takes a little longer to show on the scales and it sounds like you had a lovely weekend

Hope everyone else is being positive too, I don't really want to go for my w.i. as I am not feeling any lighter (silly how I think I can notice a pound or two!) but I think it helps to go along, and I can grab some more dark chocolate rich toffee bars, mmm....
God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

Haha thanks!! :D I've just kept on my feet as much as possible. Boring as it is exercise seems to be doing the trick!! I'm doing at least 30mins a day whether than be a brisk walk or running up and down the stairs! I literally did nothing before

Ooo and I'm soooooo in love with Davina FIT! Much better than watching a peviously chubby soap star prancing about!!

Oh and PLANNING. I plan the meals a day in advance and measure everything out.

Ooh shiny new graphics on mse.com!!

I really need to fit exercise into my routine, I feel blobby and achy. But when when when?? I must fit some in somewhere...had to bring work home with me tonight so that scuppered the gym. Cant do tuesday evenings (evening job) cant do wednesday evenings (college) so really should do monday, thursdays and saturdays or cancel my flipping membership!!

Well done on the losses guys!

I have been munching on sweet popcorn whilst [STRIKE]on facebook and mse[/STRIKE] working. 25g for 2 points and you get a fair amount.

    Still pee-my-pants excited :D
Really should be doing some work...
