Actually what I really should do is get up and go to the gym before work - I liked that and it got it out of the way and set me up for the day but I also love love love my bed and it means setting the alarm clock for 6am. Hmm..
Really should be doing some work...

Just had my first weigh in and I've lost......4lbs!! Just goes to show what happens when you do 30min exercise a day and reduce you portions.

    So happy & I haven't gone hungry once :D

Well done, i should really be getting into some exercise too, i've managed to reduce my portions, which is a start and i don't feel hungry either.

I loved that start to the day too, but it is hard getting out of bed. Why is a bed just soo comfy when you have to get out of it?!

Just made myself a lovely pizza for dinner, it was a 7pt dinner but yummy. mini pizza base, tablespoon of tomato puree, 20g of low fat mozarella, onion, mushroom, cherry tomatoes followed by 20g low fat grated cheese on top.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

I think the same every now and then & I even set the alarm early but realistically it's never going to happen. I love bed and I like watching naff breakfast telly before shoe-horning myself out of it!

I now know why all my previous diet attempts have failed.... It's just sooooooooooooo hard and boring. God dieting bores the absolute pants off me.
Everything is tempting, everywhere i look food seems to scream at me to eat it.

Still putting all my frustrations to one side it's day 5 in the fatfighters house and I am still on track. At least my stomach no longer thinks i have gone on hunger strike, that's gotta be a plus.

Dinner tonight consisted of 150g of fillet steak fried in that crappy one cal spray stuff with some onions and a huge mixed salad with a teeny weeny splodge of salad cream.
I have no idea how many points fillet steak is so i guessed at about 10.

Tommorow I am making home made burgers.

    Wow you sound miserable.
Your steak is about 4 points according to the online tracker, so... maybe one of those things you are craving could be added to your day to make you feel a little cheerier, keep it up, don't give in :)

Really, wow, I am going to grab a packet of crisps in that case then. I crave them more than anything else.

Thanks for letting me know the points value. :D

Am just popping my head in to say I'm still alive..haven't been in here much in the past few days but am still on track.

However, just had a little cry in the kitchen when pointing my food for tomorrow - half a pizza for 10pts :( Boo to that..but atleast it'll taste good. I'll be sure to eat it with a knife and fork to make the most of it! Also going to have 2pts worth of WW chips and salad with it. Then have planned a WW toffee sponge pudding for 3.5pts for later on in the evening - looking forward to trying that.

So..15.5pts for my tea and supper sweet treat :( boo to that! Leaves me with 3.5pts for the rest of the day *big thumbs down* - have some home made leek + potato soup in the fridge, quite a big portion for 1.5pts so hopefully that will fill me up a fair bit.

I was hoping to have bread with it and have a lovely wholemeal baguette submarine type thing going on in the kitchen..but how do i point it? It was in a pack of 4 on reduced in morrisons from the bakery and had no nutritional info with it (boo you bakery yummies!) Any idea how i point this? x

Morning all, can report a loss of 1lb at my WI last night. Good going considering it's TOTM and I had a big loss last week :D.

YWG if you go back a few pages, there's a post on how to point bread by weight, I can't remember where it is but I'll put a link up on the first post later (when I get a bit of time to catch up) as lots of people seem to ask that one.

Right kiddies need getting up for school. Back later :D
