Posting everyone try to and find if this is correct - on quidco right now it says you get £30 cash back when you join WW - and it's only £30 for three months right now....is this right!!!

Don't think anyone else has replied to this yet. Yes this is correct I have done it myself. You will pay £10 a month thereafter unless you cancel it in time. This offer is what prompted me to join I thought I have nothing to lose, apart from weight of course. So far so good I've never done weightwatchers before but am getting on with it extremely well so far (touch wood).

Hope you sign up and good luck.:)

hubby and I are huge takeaway addicts so we have decided that so long as we each save a point a day at least during the week , build up some activity points for me and have lost at weigh in , we will treat ourselves to a takeaway but not quiet as excessive as we used to !

    Hello Secret Snackers!
One way to avoid late night nibbling is to brush your teeth after dinner. Then anything else would just taste bleurgh anyway. Am going to have a sugar free jelly in a mo then will brush my teeth.
Well done to everyone doing so well. I am doing ok this week though ruined tuesday with an unplanned coffee-shop hot chocolate! Had been planning to have a 0pt diet coke with a friend in the pub, but the pub was closed so we went to Pret a Manger. One hot chocolate.... SEVEN POINTS!!!!!! Am slowly clawing back points before saturday morning weigh in!
Thanks for all your news and ideas and well done losers! :j

  • Evening all

I joined weight watchers this evening, god it was packed. The joining pack you get given has certainly shrunk in size, they were huge the last time i was there.:rotfl:

Anyway as you know i started dieting last Thursday doing it myself for a week before i joined. I am pleased to say that i lost a total of 4 pounds (on my scales) so i am really chuffed.

Dinner tonight consisted of WW chicken curry and a WW nann bread. I had some Tesco Rasberry sorbet for dessert and it is yummy. 100ml (70g)works out to 1 and half points so i had two lots.
  • been having a busy week so feel like my meals havent been planned out so well this is only week 2 at ww (doing online) but i went to asda and got some ww meals, puddings and lemon cake slices but for some reason for the past couple of days i feel like im not doing so well, i feel like im eating alot but i think the ww foods help also havent got to do as much excercise. does anyone find they get more for their points with ww foods? im on 19pts

Sorry I didnt get a chanced to post after my weigh in yesterday, finally made it back to official weigh in! Had been 5 weeks lol and I have officially lost 6.5 pounds which is what I though anyway which means this week is a BIG FAT STS for me!! I am quite disappointed as I had been so good this week and done aqua aerobics twice. I am hoping that I have really lost and that the sts the same is due to the fact ive been feeling quite 'blocked' up (sorry if thats tooooo much info) but its been since Monday now :-(

I better have a good weight loss this week instead!

    Well done, Poppie :T

I had a terrible day yesterday

    Exercise: None

    Drinks: 1 x water, 5 x decaf tea/skim milk, 1 red wine

    Breakfast: cheerios/skim milk

Lunch: Wrap with red. fat coleslaw

Dinner: Spag Bol (lean beef mince, tin toms, shallots, tom puree, and spag) with sprinkling of Parmesan

Snacks: 2 x Walkers Baked, 3 shortbread biscuits, 4 Crunch creams, 1 drumstick lolly :o

I'm trying to identify why..... def. comfort eating of some kind. I was in a 'can't be bothered to do anything' mood all day, and was feeling a bit down, I think. It doesn't feel like I was trying to treat myself, though, so I'm not sure what it was about. Almost willful sabotage in a way, as I knew it wasn't a good idea. Weird.

Triumph of the day: Recording every morsel on my points planner and confessing here, and making an evening meal from scratch despite wanting take away. :T

    Today is another day.

    Have a good day, everyone.
