I was reading my monthly pass leaflet today, apparently there is loads of exercise demos on there. Plus lists of thousands of foods, I must log on soon!

There is a funky weight loss chart aswell that tells you when you get to 5% silver 7 ect.

I've not really looked in delpth at anything yet but there is quite a lot of recipies but I couldn't get the exercise demo to work.

Go for it! Heard being a ww leader is quite hard work though, lots of calculations after the meeting (which i'd be no good for)

Yea thats what I wanna use too, the weight loss chart. Must find my username! Keep forgetting it.

I thought there might be alot of work involved behind the scenes...I have 2 small kids at home (oldest just turned 2 last month and my going on 8month old needs lots of physio) so I'm kept quite busy!

I found that when I searched for WW and clicked on the 'community' option, my username was still saved so I didn't need to log in.

  • What do other people do about pointing drinks when you go out?
I had some cocktails with friends tonight and have no idea how many points to put as I am not entirely sure what was in them. I tried not to get the creamy ones like pina colada that I normally go for but one bar was a place like in the film Cocktail, where they are flinging the ice around and throwing the bottles behind their backs...

Ah well, might write it off as a bad day and start again tomorrow

Hope you're all having a great weekend x

Morning everyone, back with you here, been a little bit busy the last few days !

I've updated the front page with all our new members (hello ! :hello:).

Some fantastic weight losses this week - those that have reported losses I've popped on the front page - we've lost 28lb in total, that's 2 stone ! :T Not to be sniffed at at all, it's great :D.

Have been good here although it's my TOTM so I'm not holding out much hope for a loss tomorrow. If I can STS I shall be happy.

Thanks for the info on the Mr M WW offers, if anyone sees any more then please pop them up and I'll add them to the first page.

I've been skim reading so kind of keeping up with you all :o. 2 more weeks of work and I'll be here 'properly' :D.

So, ladies and gents (not sure if we have any gents ) ....... how did we all get on with the challenge? Have you lost 1lb and done 3 x 30 mins exercise this week? If so, let me know and I'll let you have a star :p.

Right ....... it's free listing day on Ebay today so I need to get my bum into gear and get organised. Got our old bike leathers down from the loft yesterday and they're going ...... can't get in them anyway :rotfl: :o. See you all later, have a great Sunday

Hi, I've only just spotted this thread but wondering if I can join. I'd rather set little goals for myself though do need to lose a good 3stone. My first goal was to lose 7lbs by my birthday on 14 Feb but since Christmas so far I have lost that so am now setting my birthday target as a stone.

I'd like to join your thread as another form of support and motivation. I'm not following the current WW plan though, am presently only in temp work so can't afford to join a class but am following the old No Count plan. So far, so good! x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • I thought WW was free once you got to your ultimate goal weight anyway? My sister and i have talked about it and having lost just over a stone each in under two months we're not sure we'd ever be able to really let go and eat & drink with no cares like we used to - that's got to be a good thing. In another two or three meetings I'm aiming to be within my normal BMI range, have always been slightly 'overweight' as far back as I can remember - sometimes by a few pounds, sometimes by over a stone! - so that will be a FAB milestone - it's also going to be my 10%. Fingers crossed, only another 4lb to go...

Then I think another stone and that will be my ultimate goal weight. I'm so excited and wish I'd started earlier so I could be there now!!
