lol i suppose so sian! :) thanks for the tip, i don't like fizzy drinks but the hot choc sounds very good. also, i got some ben and jerry's frozen yogurt. i know it's still pointy but it's such an indulgence, it's worth it!! will update with points later.

    how's everybody doing today?

I love ben and jerrys, what flavour size tub did you get? How many points?

I was really disappointed with the ben & jerrys frozen yoghurt as all seemed to have chocolate in somewhere and as much as I love chocolate, I dont like chocolate ice cream, yoghurt or mousse or anything like that.

The ben & jerrys sorbet is very nice and even less calories!!

cheeky, it was big bags of clementines 2 for £2 in tesco and i think i may be addicted to them now! they are 2 for 0.5 points or 3 for 1 point!

vikki, i got a 500ml tub of phish food frozen yogurt. it's 4 points for 100ml. compared to 6 points per 100ml in the full fat version (to me, they taste the same).

there are chocolatey things you can have for less points, but this is definitely very satisfying for a 'every-now-and-then' treat. :D

also done a bit of research on the other flavours:
the chocolate fudge brownie, strawberry cheesecake and cherry garcia flavours of frozen yogurt are both 3 points per 100ml so a little better points wise! i can only vouch for the choc fudge brownie one- it's awesome. :p

Im going to make this for my tea.....

    http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/healthy/low-calorie/skinny-korma-recipe_p_1.html

Am also going to visit farm foods and home bargins today to stock on some cheap ww sauces etc

How was your tea? It looks really nice and my husband likes curries.

I have just tried the beef burger recipe from the WW site and i think i put too much oregano in it but they tasted good. http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=7003562
I had it with a bun and some salad on the side which made 6.5pts. I had a shop in morrisons today and noticed some WW belgian chocolate slices at 1.5pts each and i had to have two, they were just too yummy, and i love chocolate! I also noticed the WW ready meals for 70p, has anyone had these and what are they like? I might buy some if any good.
What do you all snack on during day? I have bought some WW crisps and fruit but wondered what other people have.
Hope i'm not asking too many questions.
    Thank you for any help.

You can never ask too many questions! Questions are good.

I have the ww meals every now and then, normally when my oh is having something naughty that I cant have. I love the beef hotpot one and the chicken curry. And at 70p these are a bargin, I stocked up today.

The receipe was nice, and I am full after it which is good. I posted the points further up the page somewhere.

Snacks vary for me, I like french fries (1.5points), I LOVE flying saucers the kids packs from Morrisons are 1point and great for a sweet fix, pink and whites are gorgeous, and even better microwaved as they taste like toasted marshmallows. I have some of the ww choc bars etc but dont have them often as I like my points to last so a packet of french fries takes longer to eat than a chocolate bar. I also have multipack curly wurlys which are 2points and freeze them so they take a long time to eat to.

hmm yum! Thick question, but how to do separate it in to 100ml? To make sure you dont eat the whole tub?

I must get some pinks and whites...

The flying saucers sound good! I like them! Are they 1 point per saucer?

Curly wurlys only 2p! Thats good, are they smaller than the single ones? As I thought they were 2.5p. Must get them if they are that low!
  • Hi Guys,

I posted on here a couple of weeks ago...and then left! :o but I still lurk from time to time :D

I was wondering if any of you are helpers at the meetings? I transferred from one meeting to another that started in the town where I live so I didn't have to travel 60miles to get weighed  but the leader jumped on me as soon as I introduced myself (she knew I was going to say hi as I'd met the area manager the night before whe I was saying goodbye to the people in my old meeting!) and asked if I wanted to be a helper. The thought of free meetings and access to esource :money: persuaded me and I felt quite proud to be asked but now I'm a bit nervous!

I was just wondering if anyone else has a job within their meeting and if I should be brushing up on the prices of their products and stuff?
