i just discovered you can have three clementines for one point! i think i love them.

taken from WW site: "Fruit is another good option. You can have 1 medium apple, 2 small plums, 3 small clementines or a cup of pineapple -- they each have a POINTS value of just 1."

I'm doing weightwatchers online started on Monday ( 41 year old weight watchers virgin too) all going surprisingly well so far :Abut won't say that too loudly. I've been having 2 clementines for 1/2 point so even better well that's what the points tracker has been counting them as.;)

  • I'm planning on having fish and chips from the chippy tomorrow for tea (god help me!) as a treat, and was wondering what people point these as?

I'm planning to have a small portion of chips, and a small fish - I rang my mum (the one with the WW books lol) and she said according to WW a portion of fish and chips from a chippy comes in at 14.5 points.

    Is 14.5 right, yes?

ooh great tip shop-to-drop! sneaky! :p

well today i've had a bit of a naughty day in terms of choices... well, i'm within points though. i sort of fell asleep in the afternoon (i get friday afternoons off!) then craved sugary things!

    my day:
breakfast: clementine (see below) and harvester bar (1)
snack: 2 clementines (1 point for all three) and 4 squares choc (2)
lunch: ham sandwich with butter (4)
more snacks: 2 pink wafers (1) and choc buttons (3.5)
dinner: fajitas with chicken, spice mix, red onion (6)
little snack: apple and small bit of cheese (1.5)

totalling 20 points out of 21 maximum.

in future i will also document good food choices i make!
