I find I'm pretty tired by dinner time and I'm not a big cooker, so I like the WW ready meals. Asda have a lot of them on special at the moment - some are 5 for £5 - very good value! I usually add some veg to them, often just some chopped mushrooms to make them more filling and tasty. It does help me keep track of the points easily..

Yes I too get mine from ASDA, they are the cheapest for everything I buy WW wise and other bits. They have the most selection of WW products too.:T I too pop some veg with them, steamed asda veg, 2 mins in microwave and its done. Although gone off veg at the mo:confused: Makes it a lot easier sticking to points. I have no idea what my lovely mums meals are points wise. A lot I bet:eek:

Well no WW since before xmas and I've lost... (drumroll please)...

7lb! Woo hoo - that's one stone and half a pound off my original weight of 12st5lb, now at 11st 4.5lb.

    Hoorah!

To be honest, own brand meals can be less points. Before WW I never touched a ready meal but I've been working lots recently and have found that it can be handy - wouldn't rely on them though as the amount of crap they put into those things... I only buy WW branded food on special offer; it would have to be cheaper than alternatives for me to look at it!

Well done on the weight loss very good! Your lighter than me now, dam! haha How tall are you?

Thats what I worry about whats in the ww meals? trouble is its the only way I can loose weight on weight watchers. I have no idea what my mums meals are and I can;t cook my own, dont know how to cook! I have ww meals every night. When I was on ww a year ago I was eating them for years. Just hope by topping up with veg etc they are okay???

It does get easier, Im only allowed 18 points for my weight and height and activity and I dont struggle unless I want to eat out.

I dunno how anyone manages to eat out on ww with low points under 20. Unless you exercise and really save points and I feel hungry when I save too many at current weight that I am.

    Right now Im CONFUDDLED!!!

I have an old style worcester sauce pack at home and that is definately 1 point on the ww calculator

Then I have some new style packs and they are coming out at 1.5 points.

Damn them they must have changed them in the last few weeks!! All are multipack bags! Thats annoy, better count as 1.5 from now on :-(
