Apart from not eat obviously what can I do tonight to help me lose weight for the weigh in tomorrow. im going to be brave and go. I NEED to have lost 1.5lb to stay sane. The sneaky peeks are not looking good. Anyone find drinking loads of water or anything helps the night before?

That's day one nearly over and I have to admit I've found it tough going at some points during the day.
Too used to stuffing my face that's the problem, my stomach is wondering what on earth is going on.
:Twell done. it's always the hardest day. Tomorrow keep thinking about how good you were today and how you would hate to break such a good run of sticking to it. :T

I can't wait to start WW - question to everyone... do you find it easier to just buy the WW branded foods to keep track of points? And if so, do you find you are spending more than you would normally?

Which supermarket is the cheapest for WW foods and which has the best selection?

I find I'm pretty tired by dinner time and I'm not a big cooker, so I like the WW ready meals. Asda have a lot of them on special at the moment - some are 5 for £5 - very good value! I usually add some veg to them, often just some chopped mushrooms to make them more filling and tasty. It does help me keep track of the points easily..

Well no WW since before xmas and I've lost... (drumroll please)...

7lb! Woo hoo - that's one stone and half a pound off my original weight of 12st5lb, now at 11st 4.5lb.

    Hoorah!

To be honest, own brand meals can be less points. Before WW I never touched a ready meal but I've been working lots recently and have found that it can be handy - wouldn't rely on them though as the amount of crap they put into those things... I only buy WW branded food on special offer; it would have to be cheaper than alternatives for me to look at it!

Having a more positive day today. Journey to work was much better without snow chaos, had a good day at work and have saved 4 points.
Anyone else watching Big Fat Diet show on C4? I expected it to be a load of rubbish but its quite interesting and very positive.

I have been watching it, think its pretty good. I find it handy seeing the 100 calories portions to, if only supermarkets were like that lol

yeah, I've enjoyed it - I wish there were more like that on telly - useful info, non-sensationalist, inspiring!

My new afternoon snack: Ryvita with Laughing Cow and salsa - yum!
