I have been in a meeting from 8.30 - 3.30pm!!!!I had the WW red thai curry for my dinner tonight. It's the first time I've tried it and it's easily my least favourite of the WW ready meals I've tried so far - I have 3 of them in the freezer
Oh no that you have 3 - I agree though it is yuck, its got no flavour only heat. I am a HUGE fan of thai food too. The M&S Count on Us Thai green curry is tasty and on 3 for 2 at the mo.I can't wait to start WW - question to everyone... do you find it easier to just buy the WW branded foods to keep track of points? And if so, do you find you are spending more than you would normally?
Which supermarket is the cheapest for WW foods and which has the best selection?I love seeing what everyone else is eating. Gives me ideas for things to eat.
I agree with venus - I like seeing menus for different ideas and a good old bit of food p0rn
Sian to multi quote (it took me a while to figure out!) click on the plus quote button like you said then scroll down to the bottom of the thread and click reply and this will being up the 'go advanced' reply page and all the quotes you've marked.
Welcome rumblytum, poppie and pmg - hope I haven't missed anyone but if I have welcome to you too!
Bramble I have some ready meals in the freezer for emergencies and when I just can't be bothered. I used to buy WW ones but I don't really like any of them and they are expensive. I really like Tesco light choices and Morrisons eat smart ones - both of which are on offer regularly - and both very tasty (much more flavoursome than WW) I do however like the WW jars of sauces and will get them when they are on offer or from poundland. Thats about the extent of my cooking abilities!
Didn't do too bad on evening munchies last night bigmomma as I had a BIG dinner to stop me picking. Snow conditions much better today and we are back to British rainy weather!
My food for today:
B: Cereal bar 2
S: Options hot choc 0.5
L: (buffet eek!) had bag walkers crisps 3? 1 x triangle ham and mustard sandwich, 1 x triangle prawn mayo sandwich, 1 x triangle coronation chicken sandwich maybe 6?? Or am I being a little undergenerous...they were only diddy.Prawn tikka masala and rice 6 WW choc pud 1
Total 18.5/18 (oops)
Might have to swap dinner for fishfingers 3 and BNS chips and veg 0 then I've also clawed some back from tuesday. Hmmm...I made the (well opened the jar) tikka masala on Tuesday, 3 portions left, they'll last the weekend won't they??
Can't wait to go home today...Really should be doing some work...0 -

For some reason, this time around I seem to be losing weight very slowly, and am 3½ lb lighter than when I started in April 2008!!

Used some Tesco Value Smoked Cobbler and baked it in the oven whole thing is 3pts (20mins at 200oC)
Chopped up potato into chip shapes (lol) for 2.5pts blanched in boiling water for 5 mins then sprayed with fry light and some salt and pepper then baked in the oven (about 25 - 30 mins at 200oC) (I used the big fat diet shows recipie for this but used the frylight instead http://www.channel4.com/food/recipes/healthy/low-calorie/skinny-fish-and-chips-recipe_p_1.html)
Then it was half a tin of tesco value mushy peas for 1.5pts
Its was huge I am stuffed !!! I definetly need to make less of it next time, I've still to my Wii fit today Might be a couple of hours before I can do it after dinner.0 -
