Venus: Congratulations on your 3.5lbs:j:j:j You can keep your chicken chow mein though too slimey for me.
Puddings: Well done for making it too work hope your boss made it. Our snow is slowly going. But we have had a good 12" covering since the 18th Dec, kids even got an extra weeks holiday out of it.
Hope you've had a better day and managed to control the snacking.
Cheeky841: Well done on the 1.5lbs :j:j:j, I know you're a little bit dissappointed but it's 1.5lbs gone forever which you should be proud of.
Meals for today were:
B: Toast & Jam - 4
L: Heniz Tom Soup with Bread - 6.5Chicken Goujons, Oven Chips & Beans - 8.5 (was being a lazy cook today)
S: Milk & Apple - 1.5
Leaves 1.5
Also the good news is that my dress fits (just). Basically I have a very posh dinner/ dance on Fri for DH's work. Went to buy a new dress and couldn't get one to fit (size 20's were tight). Thing is I have an evening dress in the wardrobe but was scared to try it on as I knew it would be a struggle, but seeing as I couldn't buy a new one I had to try on my old one, which I did last night and I can get it on but don't have much room for anything else (it's also a 20).
And that my dear friends is why I'm on here wittering on about WW as I really, really need to lose some of this weight.
I'm still very nervous about Friday I know that I'll be one of the largest ladies in the room and I'm not looking forward to it.:rolleyes: Why oh why have I let myself get this low... 2010 is time for this to stop.

My weigh in shows 1.5 pounds lost which I should be pleased with but Im falling behind on my challenge for valentines day!! The snow is to blame lol as means I cant get to the gym :-(
Oh and today on the roads is sheets of ice, so no chance of me attending my official weigh in tonight!!

I had the WW red thai curry for my dinner tonight. It's the first time I've tried it and it's easily my least favourite of the WW ready meals I've tried so far - I have 3 of them in the freezer0

I am joining weightwatchers tomorrow at 6.30pm. I have just about had enough of being 2 stone too heavy :eek:
I have been before but it was years ago and I did really well.
I got a treadmill for xmas so I am hoping that combining that with ww i will eventually get back into my lovely size 12 jeans

I have been pretty naughty today, I blame it on the oh being at home as he couldnt get to work. I have gone 7 points over today but it was treat day so not too bad, back on it tomorrow!!
It was my first week and I think I peed most of it off lol (TMI sorry)
Friday and Sat are usually my bad days as the wine come out0 -
I lost LOADS in my first 2 weeks too (3.4 kg) and that's slowed now - normal I guess. grr though!0

Have been a bit down in the dumps today, but think I just need a bit of PMA! The truth is I am 1st 4lbs lighter today than I was last September so that can only be a good thing even if I am having a bit of a wobble today! Checked on my weight tracker - if I lose 1lb this week (WI Saturday) I will hit my 10% weight loss target. Fingers crossed and hide the chocolate.fran-o0 -

bigmomma I know exactly how you feel about being low and big. I hate going out at the moment because I just don't feel comfortable with how I look. But that's changing and I'm doing something about it. I think one of the things that keeps me motivated is knowing I WILL get into my size 14s again, I just have to keep on track. Try to enjoy Friday, have a nice bath before you go, put on that make up and some nice underwear
(does wonders for self-esteem if you're wearing some sexy undies :rotfl:) and see if you can stay on track with your points - it'll give you the satisfaction of knowing you can go out and enjoy yourself but still be in control. Do you know what food there is beforehand?
Good day here eating wise. DS off school again due to snow :rolleyes: so I took him to work with me for an hour or so, then brought work home to do so I kept busy and away from the fridge. I also must have walked miles today ...... DS to school approx 1 mile (had to go the long way round as 2 entrances were closed and the one furthest away was the only one that was open :eek:). School closed so then walked to my work - approx 1/2 mile. Then walked down town, another 1/2 mile and back home again (another mile). I had put my DMs on because of the snow but it felt like I was lifting 10lb weights on my feet every time I took a step. If I don't lose 2lb this week I'll be cross ! :mad: :rotfl:
Food today:
Brekkie - porridge, banana & honey
Snack - HM almond/cherry fairy cake, satsuma, apple
Lunch - prawn wrap (to finish off the prawns), WW yoghurt
Dinner - roast pork, roast potatoes, swede, sprouts, peas & carrots
Treat - treat size crunchie bar
Total points = 20
Need to go to bed soon as I'm getting hungry :rotfl:. I'll pop back in tomorrow night. xx:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0
