afternoon everyone
wi this morning lost 3.5lbs!! that means i have reached my first mini goal of 1st woooooooooo!! i am 0.5lbs over a stone mark so would love to get into a new stone bracket for next wi!! good luck everyone else for your wis and hope you have a good weekend x

Very happy after wi today - I have reached my goal!!!! Lost 4 stone 3 and a half pounds!!! So have my gold key!
I suspect that now the fun starts.... trying to maintain the weight loss...0 -

Hello everyone. I have just joined ww online. I have started today.
I have worked out my food for the day but seem to have 8 points left.
porridge with skimmed milk and water for breakfast.
egg sandwich for lunch.
Ww ready meal with peas for dinner.
Raw veg to snack on.
What should I do with the 8 points? Leave them to build up. Or have some fruit and yogurt?
I have about 3 stone to lose and have 22 points per day. However my first goal is 5% of my weight.
Would appreciate any advice and tips.

Hi All, I haven't been on here in like four weeks I've been so busy, below is a list of how much weight I've lost in the past 4 weeks.
06/07/10 WI lost 2lbs and got my first silver seven Whoopieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee new weight 11st 6lbs
Amount of weight lost 7lbs
13/07/10 WI lost 0.5lbs new weight 11st 5.5lbs
Amount of weight lost 7.5lbs
20/07/10 WI lost 0.5lbs new weight 11st 5lbs i'm at my 5% weight now hip hip hooray
Amount of weight lost 8lbs
27/07/10 WI today lost only 0.5lbs new weight 11st 4.5lbs
Amount of weight lost 8.5lbs
TOTAL LOST TO DATE 8.5LBS Still need to loose another 2st 4.5lbs before my birthday sept 14

WI last night and lost 1lb (no 94 on list). So I'm back to 9 stone, my goal this week is to lose a 1lb and get into the 8 stone category (i think i might have said that before and then put on weight) )

I joined Weight Watchers in November 2009 at 10 st 6 lbs, by March 2010 I had got down to 9 st 4 lbs
(my target is 8 st 7 lbs). Anyway, in recent months I have lost my motivation, skipped classes and used it as an excuse to stuff my face. The final straw came the other day, when I couldn't get my jeans over my hips. Enough is enough, and as Kate Moss said "Nothing tastes as good as being thin". Have bit the bullet and gone to class this morning, a little bit downhearted as I am now 9 st 11 lbs but I know I am fortunate not to have as much to loose as some. Hope to get to my target before October as I am planning on going on a girls holiday.
Today I have had
B - Shreddies and skimmed milk.
S - WW Thai Sweet Chili Snack bites / Portion of Strawberries
L - WW Bagel toasted with extra lite laughing cow triangles, ham and beetroot
I am off to my friends for tea tonight, but wont panic as i'll cut back tomorrow if necessary.

Hi everyone can I possibly join? Ive done ww before and managed to loose over a stone, I kept it off for a while then one thing and another it crept back on
Im 26, 5ft 7 and weigh 11st 3 (started cutting back 2 weeks ago and have lost 3lbs this week after putting on 2 last wk lol)
WW worked for me last time and my motivation this time is im God mother to my friends son in Oct and have an outfit from a while ago which was expensive and ive only worn once! Only prob is the top doesnt fit ... thats my aim to get back into it and look fab!

What was the website, dedicated to a woman and her battle with loosing weight. She had also calculated all point values for take-aways and pub grub etc. I have tried searching through old posts and can't find it.
Had tea at a friends house last night, I did well in only having 2 glasses of wine (and not the whole bottle).
Just had shreddies and skimmed milk for breakfast, not planned for the rest of the day yet.
My leader says that you should try having different things for breakfast as your body gets used to the same thing all the time. I seem to have cereak as its easy and low point. What do you have for breakfast?Cat :wave:0
