Ooh I bet you feel great. Well done and good luck for getting the last two off for your next weigh in.

Hi folks
Have been AWOL a while recently, but am jumping back on the wagon and going to shift those last few pounds!
Am currently at 11st 11lbs having started at 13st 9lbs last October (am 5ft7). The last few months I have been up and down over the same four pounds but am realising I need to make the effort or the weight will just not come off, and I want to be 11st 7 at most by October (wedding dress fitting)! My OH has started WW this week so I think this will help me stay motivated - I would really like for him to lose some weight for the sake of his health (he is a very tall guy and I can see extra weight causing him back problems as we get older) so I have got to set a good example!!!!
Well done everyone whose been sticking with it and I will be on here to say hello every so often, hopefully to tell you I've lost some!!fran-o0 -

hope you got on ok at the docs. until this week have you been eating your points? i get lightheaded if i don't eat regularly, you shouldn't go more than 4 hours without food (except while sleeping of course). it might be unrelated to ww, hope the doc was some help x0 -
went to weigh in yesterday lost 1 lb (87 on list), so that's 9.5lb altogether - my 5%! focusing on a stone now....
hope everyone is ok this week, keep going! xxx0
