Evening everyone!! Only day 3 and i have managed to avoid so much temptation already, passed up going to a work pizza hut buffet
and today i said no to doughnuts and iced bday cake.
so far so good but i am worried about tomorrow night, i am meant to be going out with friends for a meal, its a bbq place, cant find any nutritional info for it online so cant calculate the exact points for anything. was looking at what i could have that wouldnt give away im on a diet. Can someone ww wise help with a guess for points for this meal i was going to have? Jerk chicken in a toasted bun with bbq mayo and fries. I was thinking 11 pts for the chicken in bun, 4 pts for the bbq mayo and 9 pts for the fries. anyone think thats ok and not under pointing anything? please help!
Also well done Purplestar87, thats brilliant 50lbs!!! you deserve to be proudHow long did it take you to get that? x

Had my WI on Friday:
#17 you_wicked_gay = STS
Current weight: 10st 13lb
Loss to date: 70lb
Goal loss: 74lb
I've only got 4lb to go to reach the current goal I've set for myself - but mannnn it isn't happening!
I have 18 points a day now, but am running out of ideas for my lunch.
I need something filling, but for low points value, that I can take to work with me.
I'm getting to the point now where I'm a little fed up of eating the same things all the time. Anyone got any inspiration for me?
I look at myself now, compared to just a few months ago, and I can see the difference (i look at myself 2 years ago and it's like WOAHHHH!) - but I'm finding it hard to stay motivated.
My Girlfriend has been away from Friday until tonight and I've been absolutely awful - I've eaten myself into a coma for the last 2 days. I think it's probably through boredom/comfort eating because I've been lonely. UGH! Stressing myself there.:heartsmil Proud Weight Watcher :heartsmilStart Weight: 15st 13lb Current Weight: 10st 5lbTotal Loss to Date: 5st 8lb- - -Current 2011 Goal: Lose 8lb by 25th DecemberLoss This Week: -3 Total Loss 2011: -30 -

YWG well done, you're doing fantastic! it's hard not to eat when lonely/bored...
as for lunches...hmm...i'm in a rut too...tend to have a salad, jacket potato or soup...i chuck a couple of points worth of pasta into the salad to bulk it up otherwise i'm starving within the hour!
