Sorry for the delay in update, my little one was not well so everything else went out the window last week
I will (try my hardest to) update the list weekly as I like it for motivation purposes if this is ok with everyone any losses or changes to details in big bold red please and if you could include your number on the list I would be very grateful! Keep on losing!

At some point this week if its ok with you guys I will be changing the list!! Anyone who hasnt provided an update for the last 5 weeks will be stored on an excel spreadsheet which I will make available via a link. Otherwise maintaining a list of over 100 with a lot of inactives becomes difficult.DS1 arrived 22/02/11! 8lb3oz

Hi number 96 reporting
please dont delete me off the list. Only restarted yesterday but so far so good. Been eating alot more veg and fruit since yesterday. I always like fruit anyway but now im trying to snack on fruit more than crisps. Just got paid today so going to have to stock up on ww friendly food this week. Well done all on your weigh losses. Is anyone doing any extra exercise? I attempted to do a exercise dvd last night but could only last 15 mins, but even that i am proud of
slowly does it. First mini target 1st by 9th August which is 6 weeks, think thats really doable x

Right so after alot of me messing about on excel (I love excel) I have created an online spreadsheet that you guys can access directly to update/amend information. To find your name just hit CTRL+F then type your name in the box and it will show you that information.
The link to the spread sheet is >Here<
And I will just paste an update once a week from the weeks WI results.
If you dont want to edit the spread sheet thats not a problem just do the usual Big Bold Red and I will pick it upDS1 arrived 22/02/11! 8lb3oz

Hi Ticklepenny
I've had a go at updating the spreadsheet so hopefully I've done it right. I've lost 3lb this week and 1/2 last week so I've got my first silver 7 woo hoo. No 94 on list.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

hey everyone!!! hope you are all doin well, n congrats on the losses
just home from my WI and i lost 4.5lbs (put on 2.5 last week but think maybe its cause i had jeans n a heavy beaded top whereas i almost always have my work uniform on, which i did tonite) so it takes me over the 50lb mark and my leader said i will get a certificate next week :j
im like mega proud chuff-chuffed:D:D
also ticklepenny - sorry i cant seem to access the spreadsheet, it says a problem occurred so if you can update me number 63 that would be great
hugs for everyone!!!! :grouphug: (lol @ funny smiley)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxmoney cant buy you love....why cant i have both???currently watching my weight go down....59.5 lbs so far :j0 -
Evening everyone!! Only day 3 and i have managed to avoid so much temptation already, passed up going to a work pizza hut buffet
and today i said no to doughnuts and iced bday cake.
so far so good but i am worried about tomorrow night, i am meant to be going out with friends for a meal, its a bbq place, cant find any nutritional info for it online so cant calculate the exact points for anything. was looking at what i could have that wouldnt give away im on a diet. Can someone ww wise help with a guess for points for this meal i was going to have? Jerk chicken in a toasted bun with bbq mayo and fries. I was thinking 11 pts for the chicken in bun, 4 pts for the bbq mayo and 9 pts for the fries. anyone think thats ok and not under pointing anything? please help!
Also well done Purplestar87, thats brilliant 50lbs!!! you deserve to be proudHow long did it take you to get that? x
