I had my weigh in on Thursday night. Got there quite early and they were just about set up ready with no-one else there yet, so I went straight in to get weighed. I felt like I'd lost about 2lbs so was quite disappointed to see it was only 1/2lb. I joked that if I'd have waited around I would probably have gone to the loo first, so she laughed and said "why don't you try it?" I did, and was so happy when I got back on the scales and it was now 1lb that I'd lost! Yay!

So my current weight is 10st 10lb, just 3lbs to go to my target weight and a total loss of 12.5lbs so far :j

    (Number 90 on list)

wow Claire thats a brilliant amount of weight to lose! Our target weight is the same btw and our actual weight is not that far off, maybe we will get our ideal weight at the same time? That would be good.

Thanks Montymud. It was hard work as exercised everyday but the results were worth it. Just the last little bit now. How long are you hoping it will take you to reach target. I am hoping end of Aug!!

Im not sure how long it will take me to lose weight. My only exercise is walking the dog every day! And of course running round after my two nutty children. I am incredibly lucky that I have a really fast metabolism. I used to weigh 11 stone 2lb and I lost a stone in one week when I initially started dieting last year. Of course I stopped dieting but I have never put it back on so thats good - that was my heaviest and a stage I never again want to revisit. Im only 5ft 3" so I looked really heavy at that weight. I think I should aim for the end of August aswell, we are both pretty much the same so what do you think of us doing it together? We may as well! lol
  • Does anyone know a website or anywhere which lists all the points values for major branded products - ie Heinz, Nestle products etc - for the people who are not following the 'no count' system as I have lost all my books and dont have the money to pay again for them?

Also does anyone know if the online website is good to follow as I started going to meetings but i have found I have less and less time to go as I have started studying part time again but really want to lose weight for myself

    Thanks in advance

I have been AWOL for a few weeks now, stood back on the scales yesterday and have put 2 pounds on so now have 9 pounds to go to target. Gets so much harder when your close. I did my first ever step class yesterday and Im really aching now! I am really trying to get back on it as realistically I could get to target in 5 weeks so need to get back on it and get there!!

    Hi Cheeky

Was it you who was doing the moonwalk? How did it go?
I am in a similar situation as you, wanting to loose another 7lbs but struggling! I seem to have hit a plateau, up a pound, down a pound, up a pound, down a pound... can't seem to have two good weeks in a row! I have changed my diet to cut out many high-point foods so I think its portion size that I'm getting wrong. Plus it is hard to stay motivated having lost weight already and no longer hung-up about the way i look like I was when I started.

    Good luck :j
