Hi
WI this morning - lost 1.5 lbs, so now within healthy BMI. Have set my actual goal now - 10 stone, so 5.5 lbs to go!!!!
(10st 6lb is the top end of healthy bmi for my height - am surprised I got that far, to be honest!)
I have now lost 54 lbs since October, and this morning was presented with a certificate for losing 50 lbs! That was a nice surprise.0 -
Hi everyone, hope you are all well. I just wanted to share that this week I have reached my target weight and I am sooooo happy. I lost 2 stones and I although some weeks it has seemed like real hard work, :eek:it has been well worth it.
Now all I have to do is maintain and keep it off as I have thrown my big clothes away
Thanks to all on here for your support x

We're all doing so well! Keeping eachother motivated is the key :T
I feel meh today though, had such a dreadful weekend eating-wise. Friday and Saturday saw me fall off the wagon in a big way, especially yesterday - sob! I'm blaming my impending period which can't seem to decide whether it wants to start or not, so I'm feeling extra crappy and grouchy and in need of sweet stuff
I feel like I have so much to do and sort today, but can't seem to bring myself to get up and do it. Mehhh. *MUST* stick to my points today - so off to the kitchen I go to point my tea so I can work out what I'm going to eat for lunch...
...doesn't help that I promised my GF I'd made her american style thick pancakes with strawberry compote for lunch..HMMPH!:heartsmil Proud Weight Watcher :heartsmilStart Weight: 15st 13lb Current Weight: 10st 5lbTotal Loss to Date: 5st 8lb- - -Current 2011 Goal: Lose 8lb by 25th DecemberLoss This Week: -3 Total Loss 2011: -30 -
Hi All,
I would love to join this thread if that OK?
I have lost 5 stone this year and went on holiday a month or so ago. Since then i have put 1 stone back on. I am currently 10st 6lb and my target weight is 8st 7lb.

Hi all, Is it ok if I join in please? I just started weight watchers on Friday and have lost 2lb so far. My start weight was 10st 2lb and I am now 10 stone and will keep going hopefully! I am currently allowed 18 points a daay but that will go down to 17 once I have shed 1 more lb.0

wow Claire thats a brilliant amount of weight to lose! Our target weight is the same btw and our actual weight is not that far off, maybe we will get our ideal weight at the same time? That would be good.0

I have been AWOL for a few weeks now, stood back on the scales yesterday and have put 2 pounds on so now have 9 pounds to go to target. Gets so much harder when your close. I did my first ever step class yesterday and Im really aching now! I am really trying to get back on it as realistically I could get to target in 5 weeks so need to get back on it and get there!!0

Can I join in please? I did try the 7lb a month challenge, but then had an accident and hurt myself, and decided joining WW was the way to go for me. I am not ready to come out with my weight or target, but will post my losses if that's OK? I am at the end of week 2, weigh in tomorrow. Lost 2.5 lbs week one.

Wow 9 pounds is so close! How much weight do you generally shed per week? I was just looking at ASDA online and they have so much weight watchers food which for me is very convenient as I can cook one meal for the OH and kids and then throw a meal in the oven for me. I cant believe what a huge range they have.0
