I have also missed a couple of weeks. Have stopped counting points and have been snacking/binging on rubbish. Am going to try to get back onto the staright and narrow now. 6 lbs to goal, but it seems a long way off at the moment.0

Not sure if this is in the correct place but I just wondered if anyone could tell me how to work outhow many points I allowed. I am wanting to start WW again but cannot afford to sign up at the moment so I have found some of my old books out but the one I want with the daily points allowance in is missing.
I have looked online but there seem to be different formulas, if anyone has the book with it in and could let me know it would be much appreciated.

Morning all
I had my WI in last night and lost 1/2 lb. So thats 4.5 in total. I'm number 94 on the list. Bit disappointed but will do better this week. I'm 9st 3lb so another 4lb to go until I'm in the next stone. So my aim for the next 2 weeks is to claw my way into the next stone.
Good luck everyone.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

From my books etc from when I joined in February:
If you are
Male - score 9
Female - score 3
If you are
16-20 - score 5
21-35 - score 4
36-50 - score 3
51-65 - score 2
over 65 - score 1
Ignore the lb the number of stones you weigh is the score for this question - ie - if you weigh 12st 4lb your score will be 12
How tall -
under 5ft4 - score 1
5ft4 or above - score 2
In your day to day life are you:
sitting down most of the time - score 0
occassionally sitting, but mainly standing - score 2
walking most of the time - score 4
doing physically hard work most of the time - score 6
Now add the total score and thats your daily allowance:DWeight Loss - 102lb0 -
Thanx!! It's changed a bit from when I last did it.0
