I lost another 1lb this week, making my weight 10st 9lb, and a total loss of 13.5lbs so far :j

    (Number 90 on list)

I had a week of loads of exercise the week before last, and only lost a pound. Then last week I had a terrible week with food cravings every day. I did exercise, but it was overshadowed by the fact that I went a couple of points over every day. I was dreading getting weighed but to my absolute shock I had lost a pound again. All I can think is that the extra exercise the week before carried over to last week and gave my a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. My lesson is learned though and I'm back in control. I only have 2lbs to go and really don't want to slow down when I'm this close to my goal.

The woman I was sat next to last night also has 10 and half stone as her goal. She got to 10st 7.5 lbs in April and then went up and down every week, never reaching her goal. Last night she finally did it and that gave me a real boost. I'm off to meal plan for next week now.

Have a good week everyone :)

Im not sure how long it will take me to lose weight. My only exercise is walking the dog every day! And of course running round after my two nutty children. I am incredibly lucky that I have a really fast metabolism. I used to weigh 11 stone 2lb and I lost a stone in one week when I initially started dieting last year. Of course I stopped dieting but I have never put it back on so thats good - that was my heaviest and a stage I never again want to revisit. Im only 5ft 3" so I looked really heavy at that weight. I think I should aim for the end of August aswell, we are both pretty much the same so what do you think of us doing it together? We may as well! lol

    Hi Montymud,

How i would love to have a fast metabolism!! i have an underactive thyroid gland so with out medication i really struggle :( !!!

It would be great to do it together so keep in touch. I will post my loss and weight on Monday.

  • Hurrah. I see ticklepenny is now updating. I remember you from the pregnancy thread. You were great at it then ;)

So here is me. My details on the front are wrong. Can you alter me please??

    Number 77
    SHELVIS
    Start weight - 15st 7lb.
    Current weight - 13st 3.5lb
    Goal weight 11st 7lb
Total loss so far - 31.5lb
    Loss to go - 22.5lbs

Not sure what bit you need but thats me.

Had a few wobbles and put about half a stone on. Need desperately to get back on track as i have to get my wedding dress back on on the 17th for a charity event. This is me in the local paper. I can get it on but I have totally changed shape and it needs altering.
