Hi
I started following the WW points system 6 weeks ago, and have lost 9lbs and 3/4 so far. I had already lost 2 stone, but needed some extra help and inspiration to loose some more. So decided to give WW a go. So far I've been enjoying it to be honest, I've got a better idea of portion sizes etc now which has helped me loads.

Hi everyone, I started ww a while back but gave up very quickly :-(
Anyway I started again last Monday, i'm not going to the meetings but I got a CD of ebay with all the info on it. I worked out my daily points allowance and it's 16 BUT someone at my work told me the minimum I should have is 18 a day. Could anyone confirm this, 16 is very hard - 18 is hard too but a bit more doable. If I can have 16 I have over eaten by 6 points this week, if it's 18 I have under eaten by 8.0 -

just looked in my booklet I got when I joined and it says:
'even if your total adds upto less than 16 - your daily points allowance should be no lower than 16'Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
The minimum points you should have in a day is 14 - but not for any great length of time, according to the leader at my group.0

Oh dear confession time. I got weighed in last night and I've put on 1.5lb. So back up to 9st 1.5. (i'm number 94). My WW class isn't on next week so I have 2 weeks to lose the 1.5 I put on and another 2.5 to bring me to 10% goal. The weight on has given me the kick up the bum I need.
Good luck everyone:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j
