    Hi guys

I tried the WW diet but always felt hungry which made me feel more stressed.

Any ideas what can be done to overcome the constant feeling of hunger without eating the wrong foods?

I try not to eat all my points in breakfast lunch and dinner, but save a few for in-between snacks to keep me going. If you can choose low point snacks such as fruit, hot chocolate, ww bars its do-able. Or there are some snacks for no points, eg carrot sticks, sugar free jelly.
Hope that helps a little bit. I have good days and bad days but I usually do best when I am organised and have plenty of 'good' snacks at hand!
    Good luck

just back from meeting and have lost 2lb no 97 on the list.

Am very pleased, and also pleased that I had to buy a size smaller dress at the weekend :j The downside is we are going away for the weekend (hence the new dress) and this will involve a few meals out :D thinking I may be eating a lot of zero point soup next week

I'm finding that I am not bothering to eat sweet snacks, OH has a tub of them he takes out in his lorry and another tub for when he is at home, but I'm not fussed. I even don't mind when the biscuit tin does the rounds at work....but I am dreaming of cheese on toast :rotfl:I know I could factor in a slice, but I wouldn't want to stop at 1!

Hello all,:hello: can I join too? I reached goal in 2003 (started at 9st 12lb, goal was 9st, reached 8st 10). I looked fab at that weight and was really happy. But over the last 7 years it all crept back on. :oBoooooo

Restarted 3 weeks ago at 10st 1 (current weight 9st 11, don't know which one I should give). I really really want to get to 9st for 16th August. The first two weeks I lost 2lb, but then it all went wrong and I put 2 lb back on again. I really didn't think I had been that naughty but obviously things had slipped, so thinking joining this thread might keep me on track.

I know it must take a lot of work to keep the thread going (thanks in advance Ticklepenny) so I hope you add me :A

    Cheers

Don't know if anyone has any time to help me but wondering what the points would be on a Beef Sunday lunch at a pub followed by Rhubarb crumble and custard ?? I know it will be loads but am going to try to earn enough bonus points and save some points towards it:o Really don't want to go over this week:AThanks
