    hey all

    well alton towers did me no good as i fainted in the Q for air and spent 2hours in the medical room being fed chocolate and fizzy juice and then couldnt go on anything else. so had a burger king and a massive hot dog, and ate a full pack of maryland cookies on the way home :eek: bad bad me!!

    so i gained 0.5lbs at wi which isnt as bad as i expected but still the wrong direction. so im back on the wagon after 2 bad weeks, lets hope i stay on lol :D

    lots of losses this week so well done everyone

    Oh poor you! You did well, what can you do, when they feed you up after a faint and then you can't go on th rides!

    I had a STS this week, not bad considering i had two takeaways this week! whoops! Start of a new week now though.
    Hope everyone is doing well, and not too many beers with the world cup starting!

    Have saved 5.5 points this week (and tracked meticulously!) so hoping for a loss at weigh in tomorrow!
    Bit concerned that becoming a world cup widow is going to lead to boredom and snacking... will have to keep an eye on it! Hope you have a fab weekend x

  • Well I had my WI at home, and had a STS.

    I don't really mind that this week, as I was so sure I'd put weight on. I'm pleased with that, so that's all that matters.

    I went & did a big(gish) shop at Tesco after work and picked up some bits and pieces for me to take for my lunch in work. I also picked up some Light Choices cup soups as I seem to be absolutely starving when I come in from work, and I don't want to snack on things that will take me over my points before tea time!

    Tomorrow, I've got a Pizza Hut pig out planned :eek: which means bad times for my diet, but good times for me as I haven't had a pizza for as long as I can remember :rotfl:

  • hi guys im going to try to lose weight with WW my mum is giving here book. but please can someone tell me how many points I should have a day. Im 5'5 weigh 13.1 stone I do walk to work only 20mins there and 20 mins back but not much more exercise yet. This is due to back pain that I hape will reduce as i lose wight. Thanks x x

    Hi All,

    I have just weighed in at 12st 7lb and am 5ft 4, i desperatley need to loose weight so I am going to start the weight watchers. I am very good at dieting through the day but is the nights that get me and trying to sleep on an empty stomache, Has anyone got any tips for me please.
