    Morning all!! well done all those that lost or sts, if you have gained have a good week for next wi!!

    Ive been on and off ww for ages!! i think my problem is i keep thinking diet diet diet! i need to think just eating healthily with ww plan.

    Day 3 so far so good! x

    Hi Everyone,

    I haven't been on in a couple of weeks, just been so busy.

    Anyway went to WI tonight (missed last week, DD prom dress alteration apointment) and i am pleased to say i lost 1lb :j
    I am number 22 on the list

    Hi, had my WI tonight. It wasn't as bad as I thought it could have been 1.5 on. That makes my target 12.5 now.

    Welcome newbies!:)

    I've only been back properly for 2 1/2 weeks, but find this thread really motivating.
    Doing okay so far, OH and I made Minty lamb burgers from last month's ww magazine, was very nice, and done in 1/2 h. (Does anyone know what "mirin" is, by the way? I used sherry vinegar and a pinch of sugar instead, but was a bit of wild guess)
    For me it's important to keep food interesting and varied, I really enjoy "the diet" if I make the effort to plan ahead.

    afternoon all! well done to everyone for the losses, and all the effort that goes into it whether it's a loss, sts or gain!

    i had my second weigh in today, lost 2 lb :) (87th on the list)

    hey all

    well alton towers did me no good as i fainted in the Q for air and spent 2hours in the medical room being fed chocolate and fizzy juice and then couldnt go on anything else. so had a burger king and a massive hot dog, and ate a full pack of maryland cookies on the way home :eek: bad bad me!!

    so i gained 0.5lbs at wi which isnt as bad as i expected but still the wrong direction. so im back on the wagon after 2 bad weeks, lets hope i stay on lol :D

    lots of losses this week so well done everyone

    back from weigh in and lost another 1lb this week, was happy with that as had a bad week, thought would have put it on cos have been studying for exams:D


    total loss so far is now -21.5lb
    Weight Loss - 102lb
  • Got my WI tomorrow, and I'm not looking forward to it. Am expecting a gain (no real reason why..) so I'm just not looking forward to it.

    I did well this week though. Started my new job on Monday and have taken my own home made & pointed lunch everyday, AND turned down 3 cakes in the office in as many days :eek:

    Turning down a custard donut finger, a cream and jam scone and a vanilla slice is hard, but I felt proud for doing so! :j

    Here's hoping tomorrow will be ok! I'd be happy with a STS to be honest!

    can I join in please :D started ww and first wi lost 3lb, 2nd lost 5! third lost 3.5 and today lost 0.5:eek: not done anything different this week, track all my points online, but am thinking if you take it over 2 weeks am losing 2lb per week that we are sposed to do :D

    Also last week was very hot, I was wearing ickle summer dress, this week bluddy cold, long sleeved t shirt, short sleeved top over the top and winter trousers.......well that my excuse :D:rotfl:

    I am doing meetings and e source, my OH is doing the just online, we have a goal to be thinner for my DS wedding next August (not this one, 2011) he is doing well but he has more points than me :mad: to be fair he has more than me to lose so spose its fair really (insert shruggy smilie)

    And I am very proud of him as being an HGV driver and being away all week it is not easy for him, all that greasy stuff on the sevices!

    Hoping to lose at least a 1lb next week - does anyone else have this problem with all the water we are sposed to drink? I start off the day ok, have a glass when I wake up, then errrrrrr its coffee for the rest of the day!
