Hi all, new to this thread. started WW 3 weeks ago and going well so far. My start weight was 12st 12lb and my goal is 11st (I'm 5' 8).
My problem is probably different to most of you, I struggle to eat all of my points!!! I am breastfeeding so can have 31 a day! I get to 9pm and think oh no I've still got 4-6 points to eat, but I've already eaten everything. I know I should be pleased that I can have desert everyday and WW recipe carrot cake (my only vice!).
Anyway, I look foward to taking this journey with you all.

Hi All,
I'm new to this thread. I started WW last week Tuesday I'm doing ok so far eating much more than normal and more healthy stuff as well, but WI is on Tuesday hope all goes well. My starting weight was 11st 13lb and my goal is to be 9st by 14th September 2010.0 -
Same as skintcat, lost lots 3kg in first week and this morning only a very small result, barely half a pound. A bit disappointing, but will stick with it and try NOT to eat all my exercise points.
On the plus side, found a 35years weightwatchers recipe book at car boot sale yesterday, definitely worth a quid, for new inspirations....0 -
Been away on holiday last week so fell off wagon. So hard in France with baguettes and cheese, still back on form again from today. Anybody know the points for a plain panini, can't find it on WW site ?0

Next week if its ok with you guys I will be changing the list!! Anyone who hasnt provided an update for the last 5 weeks will be stored on an excel spreadsheet which I will make available via a link. Otherwise maintaining a list of over 100 with a lot of inactives becomes difficult.

well done to all those who've sts & the losers
i've STS (98). pretty disappointed but expected. had 2 days where i used very few points. had a real hungry day yesterday & ate my daily points allowance plus unused points. had a kebab as my weekly treat. do you think using remaining points the day before wi & my treat caused me to stay the same?? i do 70 sit ups a day but don't include activity points.

Sorry - forgot to post WI last week. Lost O.5 lb (number 81 0n list). Not much, but better than nothing. Have since been away for the weekend and have eaten and drunk nonstop so will try to be extra good at the start of this week to do some damage limitation. Well done everyone who's managing to keep focussed xx0

nextyeartina- I always fidn that if I have a good week so a loss of 3lbs or more the next week I tend to sts or lose 0.5lb. Just as a note regarding sit ups they are brilliant for toning your abs but for fat burning most people tend towards more cardio focused excercises 30 mins of slightly out of breath activity. I currently favour interval training walk briskly for 5 mins to warm up then gently for 60secs then briskly for 90secs then gently for 60secs etc for 30 mins and find when I do this 2-3times a week my weightloss is at its best.

First day at my new job today and it went well.
I took my own lunch, which consisted of 2 sandwhiches made up with piri-piri chicken and salad, to make sure I stuck to my points, and even turned down a custard donut finger when offered from one of the office staff :eek:
Now, to celebrate I'm having 6 chicken nuggets, medium fries & a diet coke from McDonalds for a total of 9 points
I'm keeping inside my points and having a little treat. Need to make my lunch for work tomorrow and get myself off to bed for an early night because I'm shattered!
