well done wicked!!!! :j:j:j you've done really well xxx

first way in tomorrow  i so want SOMETHING to have come off...i've been really good this week.....i am keeping everything crossed...going to be wearing my lightest clothes :D

one question, what happens if you don't use all your points? this week i have eaten below my points by a couple of points each day - not deliberately, but by eating a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner it's just the way it has panned out. i don't want to eat for the sake of it

    well done everyone
    xx

Zumba was great fun, really recommended it if there is a class near you.
    Well done YWG!
Good luck Confused. I lost weight more easily when I was coming in slightly under my points but that might be because I am bad a forgetting an odd point here or there! You don't want to be too far below points or your body doesn't understand! Good luck for the weigh in x

thanks fran-o! i'm on 22 points, have been using 18-20, ah well, will see at weigh in. i'm worried it'll be nothing, as i'm on meds that load the weight on, but just have to tell myself this healthy eating is good even if it doesn't come off!

glad you enjoyed the Zumba, i've heard it's fun!! x
  • well back from my second zumba class......glad you enjoyed fran-o! i am so glad i have found an exercise that i really enjoy.:D

If i email them do you think they will email me one to print out??? really dont want to miss this week as feel as though i may have lost the weight gained last week due to totm and done zumba twice now since my last weigh in.

All those points you're not using - keep a track on them, count them up, and then after your WI, treat yourself to something you wouldn't normally have during the week ie) slice of cake, calorie laden coffee drink, fast food, take away etc.. :)

I have my WI on a Friday at home, and then use Friday as my 'treat day' to indulge in all the things I can't during the week :) Works wonders.
