Just had my WW mediterranean veg pasta - not too bad, though i did add some left over gran padano cheese to add a bit of flavour. Am off to first Zumba class in an hour (which is why I chose the quick ready meal) so fingers crossed! Expecting to come back a sweaty mess judging by other people's reports, but hope its fun!!

Can't understand it - have WI tomorrow and so far it looks like I've lost sod all! After a big loss last week I wasn't expecting much but I've eaten more or less the same sort of things this week :(

You'll be suprised at your WI - sometimes you can't see the weight coming off for a while, but it is, and then all of a sudden you'll see how the effort has paid off and think - WOW!

I measure my waist, hips, top of my arm and thigh every 4 weeks to check on how the inches are coming off :)

Other people will start to notice you've lost weight, and comment on it, and it'll make you feel brilliant :D

  • Well I had a fantastic day yesterday celebrating my 6 month weight loss :j

Went to the cinema to see Prince of Persia (give it a miss..) followed by a late lunch at Chiquito :)

Just thought I'd share a little something with you all..

This is what happens when you reach your target ;)

Churros dusted with cinnamon icing sugar, with cajeta toffee sauce to dip - yum yum ;)

Haha it did :D My tummy didn't know how to handle itself - nothing 'deep fried' had touch my innards for a while ;)

However, after stuffing in a nachos with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cheese starter, a santa fe cheesey chicken wrap with fries and a portion of churros for dessert - my tummy was crying on the way home from being too full! :rotfl:

I didn't have any tea, and instead had a couple of pieces of crumbly fudge that my g/f had bought me whilst watching Britain's Got (No) Talent.

So..today I'm back on the wagon, and now dreading my WI at home on Friday morn - as I'm tipping the scales at 11.3 this morning - eek - :eek:haha. Price you pay for celebration I guess ;)
