I've had quite a few of the ready meals since OH works away - the pasta bake is pretty nice, the chicken casserole is ok for 3 points (plus a jacket or something), the fish pie is not worth it (no fish!), the pizza's are fab for the points (I LURVE pizza!). The curry/jalfrezi isn't great but would do - much better to make a low point one yourself

8.5 How did you manage that:eek::eek:
  • Congrats to everyone on their losses :)

I had a lovely 3 course gigantic meal at Chiquito on Tuesday - and it's my Weigh In today (Friday) so I'm expecting to have put a couple of lbs on to be honest, and if I have - I won't be too dissapointed as I hit my goal and celebrated mid week (bad girl) and thoroughly enjoyed it! :D

I should really get myself off to bed now. Weigh In looms for when I wake. Anyone else weighing in today? :)

I think my next goal that I am going to set myself is to lose 7lb by Christmas.

I know that sounds really pathetic, but the last 5lb I lost was a real struggle. Those last few lbs before 11st exactly were a pain in the !!!. Like major! So hard to get them to shift. I did it eventually, but man it took time and effort!

Also..my Girlfriend doesn't want me to lose much more weight as I already have some bones showing through - collar bones, ribs and spine. She's agreed to let me attempt 7lb by Christmas so *fingers crossed*.

So - here's to meeting that target!! :D

Ps) I say by Christmas because I plan to gain a few lbs on Christmas day as my Gf's mum is cooking dinner, and she's one for going all out on huge meals. (nom nom nom!) haha

forgot to mention bought some of the kitchen scales at meeting last night while they are half price - had been looking at them for a bit then got them at half price, they seemed to be selling fast:D

  • Well, I had my weigh in, and I put 1lb on *sigh* :(

However, I can't be too gutted, as I did have a huge 3 course (and extremely fattening) meal on Tuesday  in celebration of hitting my target..so..

I'm now 11st 1lb - but still under my 11st 2lb 6 month goal..so all is well with the world (for once haha) :D

Hopefully I'll shift that 1lb next week and be back to my old self again! *fingers crossed*

Today I plan on treating myself, as I start my new job on Monday and am feeling rather poorly and stressed.

Burritos for tea? Yes sir! :D

i put on 1.5lbs at wi on wed. but i fully expected it as i had such a bad week - hated my new job so quit then realised i have no job :O argh!! and was out drinking all wkend for a party then pre-bday partying. but things are lookin up as i got my old job back pretty easily lol, and its my bday today - off to alton towers at 3am tnite/tmorro mornin to celebrate with friends so hoping all the running around will help :D

pls i got a pedometer at the wi on wed as they were half price so hoping that will motivate me. however i dont know how accurate it is - apparantly ive took 13000 steps so far today?? i have been out since 8 pretty much walking the whole time but that still seems a lot - what do you guys think?

also put a major smile on my face today as met some old colleage that ive not seen for a yr or so and they were like oh my god you look so good. obv im still big but much less than i was, plus a spring in my step (known as the oh lol) must be showing :D woop woop
