Well done everyone who lost or sts. Chin up to anyone who put on, this week will be a good week.
I completely forgot to post after my weigh in on Thursday. Lost 2lbs! Yay! So total loss is 10.5lbs and I'm under 11 stone for the first time in a long time. (I'm number 90 on the list
)
I had the WW Mexican Chilli last night, and it was soo nice. But even better than that is the WW Mint Chocolate dessert for 3 points. I actually dreamed about it last night and have been counting the hours till my next one. Which is right about now! I may be a while

Well done that is fantastic loss!:j
I haven't been on here for ages and am rarely finding the time to get on here at the moment. Work is so hectic at the moment. I am no 23 on the list and would like to change my weight loss to 32lbs overall so far!:eek: my goal is another 38lbs so almost half way now. I am so happy and can now fit into a size 16 jeans, which is a 2 dress size loss for me. I seem to have slowed down a bit lately due to not using my cross trainer so much. Think i need to re read this to get my motivation back. Just tucking into curly wurly while i write this!:(
Keep up the good work everyone
Take care and night all

Hi all, can I join you?
I joined WW 3 weeks ago and so far I've lost 5.5lbs with 11 lb to go. I'm due to get weighed in tomorrow but have had a very bad week but back on the bandwagon today. I eat too much, panic and try to starve and that just makes me eat more. Not going to fall into that cycle this time and I have 13 weeks to my holiday and want to lose my 11 lb (it could be a bit more after weigh in tmw
)
I've been chipping away at my debt with the support of everyone on MSE and I hope to do the same with my weight.
I hope the motivation of registering here will help keep me on the straight and narrow.
thanks

having a Good Week this week... weigh in on Saturday and a sneaky peek suggests I've already lost a little. The real challenge I find is having two good weeks in a row! Off to Zumba tonight, hope you are having a good week.fran-o0
