    well I put on 0.5lb this week, was disaapointed in a way but also surprised hadnt put more on as hadnt been well and had lots of cough medecine/cough sweets etc:D

    back on track this week:D

    if anyone has the asda magazine - think its the most recent? - there is a lovely recipe in there for Aubergine lasagne type thing - not got the magazine on me at the moment but its uses auberine instead of sheets of lasagne, it was delicious - I also didnt use the mozarella but instead just sprinkled some grated cheese on the top - worked out the points and the whole thing was only about 3 points - that was mainly for the cheese on top:D

  • Well this week I'm looking at trying to save a few points each day to try to kick start my weight loss again after having a STS this week.

    I'm feeling totally bloated and sluggish right now so am not happy :(

    Need to try to cheer myself up a bit - back to work tomorrow and feeling like 2 days isn't long enough for a weekend. Boooo :(

    Fingers crossed I can shift some weight this week because if I have another STS this coming Friday I'll be pretty miffed. Hmmph!

    Think I'll have a look through my WW recipe books and make some plans for future meals.

    Evening all, wi yesterday lost another 2lbs which brings my total to 22lbs in the last 6 weeks woo!! I really want to lose another st by end of September been abit slack with the exercising but will be good again with that from tomorrow :) x

    Hi All, WI today and lost 1.5 lbs (no 94). Another 1/2 lb and that will be me at 10% and my leader says that I can stop there but would feel happier with just that bit more. Are we ever happy??

    Hey all well done on the losses and the STS's!! :j

    Ive got my weigh in tomorrow morning and im dreading it :( I didnt eat too overboard last weekend (although did have a delicious curry with all the trimmings!) but the amount of alcohol i consumed was evil!!!

    Only up side is that ive not been too bad on the food front this week so there might be a ting glimmer of hope :rotfl:x

    Hi, I just joined weight watchers a couple of days ago, I'm on 20 points per day...how much are you supposed to lose per week?

    Welcome Kat, they say a healthy weightloss a week is between 1-2lbs.

    I am off work this week, foodwise i am still within points everyday its just the motivation to exercise is gone, all ive been doing is walking around doing window shopping in the day lol. Know i need to improve on this. Good luck for everyones wi x

    well my first gain at weigh in this morning :(:(:(:(:(0.5lb gain (no 87 on your list) - gutted but not undeserved. it was quite funny in class though, all my WW pals had put on and there were more gains than losses in the group :eek: we got a talking to :D

    i've got a bit slack the last couple of weeks and haven't been tracking properly and writing down so everything is getting written down this week. plus i had been avoiding bread and i have been creeping it back in.

    best behaviour this week :o:o:o:o
