Ticklepenny, my target is 10 stone just so you can add it on your thread, only started on monday, and having seriously bad bad headaches! Im assuming its lack of sugar, as i was one for a very very sweet tooth, 3 sugars in my tea and had about 5 cups a day, whereas only having one now :-( please tell me these headaches will go away! Also does anyone know how many points are in Suet Dumplings? xxxx

I wonder if your headaches are because you have cutdown on tea and therefore caffeine. Caffeine can have funny effects on you if you change your intake dramatically. I'm no expert, its just a theory, but you could discuss with your ww leader or GP?

Good luck and well done for getting started!

Well done for getting started, confused! It's the hardest step admitting you need help, and you've done it!
Hope you enjoy the new meal ideas, and stock up on 0 point veg/salady stuff to bulk out your meals with.

    Suet dumpling(70g) = 3 points
    Gnocci potato dumpling (125g) = 3 points.

Sorry, so many posts, don't know how to do multi-quotes.

Did manage to stick to allowance today and do some cycling, hope it lasts! Target: another 7kg to go ... 3 of which I've put back on quite recently

I found i got headaches when i cut out caffeine, i used to drink quite a bit of coke. For a sweet fix i use sweetener in my tea instead of sugar and i can't taste the difference.
the headaches are annoying and i hope they stop soon.

    hi

i gave in to that damn naughty "devil's cake" 4 days in :mad:. i cut a quarter of a slice but glad to say i couldn't eat it all & made me feel sick. let's hope lesson learnt... lol. it's no longer allowed in the house eva again!! saying that, i do 70 sit ups a day which i don't know if i get any extra points for. my leader said not to include them . i've also managedto save 12 points so far this week. i am gona have a treat every week & that can be this weeks. i find it helps & the weight still comes of, with me anyway. plus it's that tothm for me - anova excuse for eating that huge piece of naughty cake. neva, eva again :embarasse. i have more willpower than that!!

missgem - i found when i changed to decaf i got migraines for a day or two. the same goes when i start dieting. i've read somewhere it's the drop in sugar. again, they should only last a couple of days.

this zumba sounds like fun but not confident enuf to go on my own. anyone doing zumba in manchester needing a buddy??

Yer i definately think its the sugar, as i did use to have hell of a lot. Cant speak to WW Leader as im doing it myself from home, so ill go with the sugar intake haha! Dumplings are my downfall, i adore them with a passion haha! But i look at it as there my treat once a week, i dont have chocolate or biscuits anymore, so dumplings can be my naughty treat. Im joining Pole Fitness next week, bit nervous as never done any sort of pole dancing/fitness malarky, in my life, but its meant to get you really fit and toned, so will see how it goes!

Good Morning all!! ive been doing WW since Tuesday, 4th day in now :) am happy i got pass day 1 which is always a challenge for me. How are you all doing? I attempted to do Slim fast for a day and after that i knew ww was the way for me.

Ive done ww on and off for years but never stuck to it for longer than afew months. Doing it at home as i didnt find meetings that useful. Need to sort out doing more exercise from now on, doing small things like walking more and only taking stairs instead of the lift. :) x
